I bought this lap top as I was going into a rental property for a short time as my house was remodeleis is not working
I didnt start using it til begining of Feb I had trouble with it about getting on to internet Had puter geek come and set up the laptop as to wifi and also windows and other internal stuff he said worked for about 3 days intermittinly then I brought to his store for more work back home not working this has continued til today when last week brought it to shop nd he had it for a week and today he told me to return it and get a name brand as this is not working and wont hold fixPls let me know if I can return this
as never worked properly I would like a return label to send it back thanks Patricia Loffredo

Was very pleased that the item shipped rather quickly. Windows set up is an absolute turn off especially if you don’t have an existing account – no fault of the manufacturer/shipper. However, my two draw backs are the fact that you must purchase additional items for disc space as this device doesn’t really have a lot to run programs and this was advertised as a laptop but when I received – it is a lapbook. Meaning it’s really like a tablet.

It extremely light weight. You must make additional purchases to fully open and use programs such as google. I purchased this item for my son to access the internet through google for school. We will add the additional space so that he’s able to use properly. For the orice it’s not a bad buy.

I wanted a small, lightweight, Windows laptop that I could use around the house, or whilst away, as an alternative to my iPad. It was important that I could quickly and simply download, save and watch video from my in-car GoPro camera, which uses micro SD cards, when I’m at the race track. I wanted a larger screen than my iPad too. I’d heard good reports about HDD machines and the Fusion 5 laptop (notebook/lapbook? – Fusion seem confused) had good reviews here on Amazon and was clearly great value, but didn’t have huge amounts of memory. Anyway, I decided to go for it and was not disappointed. It is very fast, super-light and the screen quality is very good indeed, especially at under £200.00. The keyboard and tracking pad work well and so far the 64GB memory is not an issue, as I can save data to a micro SD card if I need to. It is a Wi-Fi only laptop, but connects instantly and appears to be just as fast as my hard-wired PC! I have to say I’m very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this laptop on 24th Sept. unfortunately due to other commitments I didn’t manage to have it up and running until about 10 days later. It looks great and for the first few days worked ok albeit a bit slow. The power cable had a bit of a kink in it, like it had been packed tight in the box for a long time! After a day or so I realised the device was not holding a charge and the battery was loosing power very quickly. I tried another cable however it was still the same. The power light kept going on and off if you moved the cable so I suspected it is the connectivity in the device it’s self. I was typing up some documents and the device started to make a strange noise, almost like a fan and suddenly turned off with no other indication. After leaving again on charge overnight I managed to eventually get it back on and retrieve my documents but wasn’t at all happy with this purchase. This is when the problem really began. I contacted amazon who sent my complaint to Fusion and was informed everything would be resolved within a few days. After several messages back and forth Fusion have refused to exchange this laptop as they want to check the fault first. This leaves me without a laptop until they eventually decide what to do . As a customer who paid for a reliable devise I certainly don’t want this repaired and returned to me. It’s faulty! I have requested a straight exchange or refund and await their reply. Very disappointed In Fusions customer service. They have said I have am over the time limit to return goods but I didn’t expect it to stop working after just a few weeks. So much time wasted trying to sort this out…. will be looking to buy from a more reputable company in future!

I brought this for the use of a home music studio, and Hold on!! firstly its not a laptop!!, it is a lapbook!!!, The computer is slow in loading, internet speed is really dead and lifeless like i had to download google crome and use my Google account which brought my speed up to what felt normal again, but I’m just one person, its up to you guys, good luck.

The only thing I have to complain about so far is the sensitivity of the touch pad. I have to be careful not to hover over it when I’m typing as several times my cursor has jumped on me. This is however, my first lap top so my experience using laptops is low.
That said, I would have given it a 4.6 if I could have. I’m new to the lap top scene, and I love this computer so far. It is so easy to use and the portablity is amazing, even though it is a 14 incher. I think this size balances nicely between being too small (I like a bigger screen) and being to large to cart around. I went with windows as that is what I am familiar with, and the computer is very user friendly.
I am inexperienced with a lap top but this one meets my needs and is great.
