I read all the reviews and frankly, was concerned. I’ve had it for a week and I think I’m in love with it. I am wary of reviews that talk about it not lasting and breaking, but so far….it’s heavenly.

I have a queen size, had to get the twin size for my son. We love getting into a warm bed in the winter. Can’t express how happy we are with this heated mattress pad! We turn them on an hour before we go to bed and turn off when we get into bed. Setting 3 or 4 is enough, 5 is too much for us. The queen size has independent heat on both sides so you only turn on the side you need warm.

two weeks after I bought it, one side’s controls stopped working. i called and was told I had to go through Beautyrest and them was told to deal with another company. I did all that (over several weeks while waiting for responses) and then was told i had to contact the third company JLACS in Canada. Have called and left messages by phone and email. They promise to call back after 2-3business days. It’s been several weeks and no response.
Now the other set of controls have stopped working.
I now want a refund, but there’s no one to get a response from.

The connector for this mattress was on the TOP of the mattress, not the side, constantly hit it with my foot. Very poor design . Their answer was to put the plug at the top of the bed, right under my head!!

Was so excited to get this item, and so disappointed when it didn’t even heat up. Followed the set-up instructions, clicked on the preheat button, turned it all the way up, and waited about 30 minutes. Absolutely nothing. Will definitely be returning it.

This is disappointing. The first pass worked for about 5 weeks, them stopped.
The company was AMAZING with assistance and immediately, Hassel-free replacement – BUT the replacement just arrived, and it doesn’t work either. We ran through the troubleshooting twice on each side with no joy, so back to the phone. I think now, I would just like my money back and we will try another brand, because there is no doubt about it- a heated mattress pad is nice!

tldr; electronics are glitchy and require annoying work arounds, but the product itself is comfortable and does a great job warming the bed.
My wife had an old heated mattress pad that was not working well anymore. We ordered this as it is the only one we can find in twin xl length anymore. Out of the three we ordered all three of them work initially out of the package but will eventually error out, either in the middle of the night or just randomly during the day, and become unusable until you unplug the unit and plug it back in. This is quite annoying and seems to be common as we haven’t been able to get one without this annoying feature. Out of the three only one had a connector that snapped into place, but even it still has the error.
We have attempted to reach out to the manufacturer and their mailbox for the heated mattress pad line is full and cannot accept more messages and we haven’t been able to speak to a person in the department we need. Everyone else we speak to redirects us to the mailbox that is full. It seems this is just a problem that they don’t care about and will continue producing their product with.
Looking past the glitchy electronics the pad is comfortable, the cord is well positioned to go unnoticed, and it heats up like a champ. We have decided to continue to use it for now until another company develops a better product.

Only 5 settings and the first one is warmer that I was used to. Have to turn it off sometimes, but otherwise it is great.

Took way to long to be delivered but works really well. My husband loves it. He gets chilled easily & im always warm so now he can turn it on his side of bed ( we have split king adjustable bed) and feel great & I can keep the room cooler. Win win situation!

I wanted this to work. It was great for about .three nights then there was a malfunction. Both controllers stopped working. When I push the on button they would blink and go off. Disconnected everything reconnected, same thing. I returned and requested a replacement. When i received the replacement, I was nervous when it was obvious one controller had been unpacked and used before. Worked one night!!! Love this pad but I’m afraid the returns are just being recycled. 😭😭 Amazon makes Return/ replacement easy enough, just so frustrating.

Purchased late December and stopped working in April. States it has a five year warranty, let’s see how the company treats me when I want to return it.

I am 3 for 3 this season. None of them work. We followed the instructions implicitly. 2 worked for about 3 days and then they would not turn on. 3rd time was not the charm. Purchased a 3rd in hope that his was a fluke. It turned on only once and never again. We even had our electrical outlets checked. Thinking it was us. This is a DEFECTIVE product. Save yourself the hassle. Bidford makes a better product when it comes to heated mattress pads.

I believe that the product that I ordered may have been used. Only one side worked on the very first time that I plugged it in. I returned it and skeptical about re-ordering.
