Purchased a wide size however it felt much narrower causing foot pain.

Great shoes once I got the right size for my feet- really comfortable for running in with plenty of spring. However, they do come up small and I had to go up one full size and order the wide fitting (I do have quite wide feet). Great seller, too: I ordered and returned two or three pairs before finding the size I needed and returns were accepted without any fuss, plus the money for ill-fitting pairs was quickly refunded.

I was looking for a narrow fit good runner. They are narrower than some. Not as much cushioning as my Nikes or Brooks and very over priced for my size I paid near £200 for the size 8 narrow as could only get from U.S supplier.
Packaging was ripped and shoe box bashed to hell, delivery was slow probably because of covid. Should have put shoe box in a box.

The1080v10 new balance shoe is mostly comfortable. Feels a little tight in the width of the toe box; even though I ordered a wide shoe. I normally wear a size 7 1/2 wide, but after reading reviews of the toe box being a bit narrow; I decided to order a size up and got the 8 wide. I have had other fresh foam 1080’s wider in the toe box than this shoe. I ordered another 1080v10 in size 2x wide hoping it would be wider, but it arrived as a regular wide and was no different than the first one I got. The shoe does not come in a woman’s 2x wide!

I purchased these sneakers as a recommendation of my orthopedist. I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis on my left foot for the past 4 years , I had tried everything with no relief, until I started using the NB1080V 10 with the ( Airr Sof Sole, purchased separate from NB1080 V 10as per orthopedic doctor.
A huge difference, I can walk without limping now , I walk up to 2 miles without pain. Before NN1080 V 10 I was limping with every step. Money well spent. I only use these shoes now, I most likely will buy a 2nd pair . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SNEAKERS.

This new balance model runs very narrow. An elastic seam across the top of the shoe makes it very tight. I ordered this model in my usual running shoes size 6 but had to return and order a 6W. The wide model fits very well. I had trouble finding a neutral running shoe which accommodates my orthotics. This model is perfect, especially around the heel area. The fact that it’s higher around the back prevents my foot from slipping when wearing the orthotics.

Fantastically comfy and they look far better than I expected. However, I ordered half a size bigger than my normal shoe size and they are still too small, so sadly I will need to return them and re-order one full size bigger than usual.

Felt great from the moment I put them on! I’m on my feet ALL day and I like to have a few pairs of shoes to rotate through out the day. This is definitely going to be part of my rotation. Thinking of getting the yellow pair, too!!!

I have osteoarthritis in my feet and I love these shoes. Very supportive and comfortable. This is my 5th pair!

Ordered the 10 and the 10.5 and kept the 10. They fit true to size. My PT recommends the NB 1080 for the support and the fresh foam technology. An excellent walking/running/working out shoe, like the version 10 design better than previous versions.

Bought this model in my usual running shoes size which is a size 6. This new balance model runs very very narrow. There is an elastic seam across the top where the tongue is attached to the top of the shoe. This makes the shoes so tight that I couldn’t wear them at all. I only wore them in the house to see how they felt and they bruised my feet within an hour. I have narrow feet but the model is far too narrow for me. Will order in wide size.

Completely disappointed. Cushioning is great but the fit around the top of the foot is too tight thanks to the construction. The tongue of the shoe starts a lot higher on your foot than last year’s model. Big fail New Balance.

Excited about getting them so quickly! First impression was the style. I was glad they didn’t look like hospital shoes!
2nd, was the dingy ring between the upper & bottom sole (minus 1 star 🌟.)
3rd, immediately notice the comfort level and the adequate toe box space, ofc which is the ultimate make or break.
As you make tell from the pics, my right leg was much bigger that the left. The indication is also true for my my feet. They both were swollen, but I still had the perfect toe space and comfort level in the shoe.
As far as the cushion, it’s not too soft or hard. Soft enough to TLC my feet and form enough to support them.
So yes, I’m a happy go getter now! Bye bye Brooks!

UPDATE:
Btw, the back lip of this shoe is heavenly! I don’t know if it’s a new feature (new to me 😂,) but I pray they NEVER change it. Putting my shoes w/o having to crush my index finger or the back of the shoe is marvelous ♥ 💯.
