Ordered Liquid gel refills on-line. Very satisfied with refills. Your online ordering did not however change color like I requested so I got the wrong color. A young lady called me and took care of the return and getting me the right color refill. She did an outstanding job of keeping me informed.

I love needle tipped pens and have always had trouble finding them. I’m thrilled that Pentel makes needle tipped refills for their EnerGel pens! I have been using my EnerGel pen for two years and love it. I do wish there was more ink in the refills. I am a chronic notetaker and sometimes I can go through a refill in a month. Green seems to run out more quickly than blue or black. I use all three colors for different purposes.
In all, EnerGel is a fabulous pen with a great weight and girth – it feels so good in my hands. And the quality of the ink itself is wonderful. It never bleeds or gets swept across the page with my hand.
