The screen is the most vibrant I have ever seen. I am just in love with this television. Completely worth the purchase. I will warn it does tend to get slightly warmer..well hot than my last television.. I’m not sure if that is common .. I’m thinking of getting a cooling mat like for my laptop

i love the tv, very clear picture. i gave it 4 stars because the remote sucks. it is very hard to use. less buttons does not make it a better remote. getting back to the home screen on prime or netflix is a nightmare. the screen shows a view of what you are watching and the different apps and it takes 3-4 tries to get back to the movie list. very poor design.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] although i waited a long time to receive this product, samsung did not disappoint. this tv is great! the image quality and sound system are great. i do find it a bit strange that samsung has pre-selected the apps you can see on the bar right away, but have to click on another place to see the rest of the apps. it is hard to find them at first, until you finally remember where they are downloaded to. i would assume that the apps you use the most are the ones you can see right away, but that is not the case here. my family and i enjoy this tv so much. we spent most of our time watching netflix or playing video games. overall a good tv, with some glitches.

Have had no issues with streaming any of my favorites accounts. The sound on it is amazing and the picture quality is amazing. Works amazing with my gaming also. No lag at all. Would recomend this to all of my family and friends. Also very light weight and small so doesn’t take up very much space at all. I have it on the lehs right now which was a breeze to assemble no screws which i loved that part so much. Also hooked up to my bluetooth speaker easily and sound bar. The alexa part is so nice also since i love amazon . Its great fot live sports cant wait till nfl season. It will be amazing.

the picture quality is poor. i tried many combinations of the different settings. even at its best, the lighting is off. from straight on, it’s not too bad, but if i am watching from off to the side, the whites are very washed out.
i am using amazon firestick with amazon firetv recast to watch with over the air signal. this all worked much better with my prior samsung tv. same white-washing when i tune to the samsung tv channels.
i have the 50″ model.

The TV works ok so far. The shipping was late. I would buy the TV again, but I would not buy from Electronic Express.
