Excelente, trae todo para la instalación. Tuve que comprar una extensión de tubo (que también se vende aquí), el largo es adecuado pero al montarlo y contemplando que la tina queda más alta se requiere un poco de más altura y a pesar que el tubo se puede extender (viene al final una parte para extender o acortar) necesitaba más de altura pero con la extensión que compre específico para esta regadera quedó sin problema. Subiré imágenes cuando quede terminado todo el proyecto.

Very cool, very short. Definitely need the “free” extension piece. Although when my husband contacted them as instructed, they asked him to order it and get refunded. Which is questionable and sketchy. Why would we pay for something that is advertised as free and why isn’t it just included in the first place as it is not tall enough for even a short person to shower under comfortably. Otherwise it’s high quality and beautiful. Please send us the extension. For free as promised. Then it will be 5 stars.

This works for a claw foot tub and is way less expensive (and doesn’t look it) than most shower kits I looked at (I didn’t need the curtain ring, granted). For that reason I was a title nervous. The threads are a little goofy – I think they attributed that to regional differences (I’m in US, idk what country these were originally made for?) but they ultimately worked.
Anyway, I logged on to leave this review so I could tell anyone using with a claw foot that they NEED to buy the extension piece (sold separately but I easily found it when I knew to look for it). Otherwise the head was just above mine and I’m 5’3. Also for a claw foot you’ll need the adaptor pieces, also sold separately. I bought both sizes and returned the ones that didn’t fit. Once my contractors figured out how the threads work and how the additional pieces fit in, the installed it and we have no leaks and an awesome shower! The shower head has decent amount of water coming out at a time so although it kind of “falls” and doesn’t pressurize as much, makes for a great shower. The handheld piece does have a good amount of pressure, though – for dog baths and tub cleaning this is a huge plus for me.

Absolutely beautiful! You will need two of the 12” extensions-I am 5’ 2” and could not stand under it without one (but I got 2). They sent it to me in a timely manner. It’s the nicest I’ve ever bought- way better than anything at Home Depot or Lowe’s! It’s solid and heavy duty, beautifully finished, the tub faucet even pivots effortlessly to direct water to the side, the water knobs turn full on with half a turn in a smooth butter like feeling! (I can turn them on with my toes) the hand held shower head allows for pressure adjustment and is solid! I’m complete thrilled and happy with this very high quality, well made system.

Overall the setup was easy and the construction was sound. The only problem I had with it was the threads on the shower arm and the shower head were not the same. I had to have it up for the arrival of some guests, so I forced them together as best I could. They still leak, so I will have to replace the shower head with one that actually fits correctly. Or maybe it will turn out to be the shower arm.
In case you’re thinking I’m doing it wrong, I’m not. I’ve been a mechanic for the last 32 years, and I can tell mismatched be parts when I have them.

Short version.
This item is very nice. Looks great, works great. I have been using this as I go for the last few weeks.
For the first time in 20 years I can stand tall in the shower and be under the water. How refreshing. The customer service is just as good as my impression of this product. Quick responses, do what they say, and eager to help. I wish all companies could be this way.
Longer version.
I have an original clawfoot tub that has the faucet holes with narrow (3 3/8″) spacing. I have been trying for years to find an affordably priced faucet/shower assembly to replace my long failed fixture. The problem is, fixtures with the narrow spacing are much less common while being extremely expensive. And the variety seemed to be mostly faucet/hand shower with some faucet/shower fixtures, but never all three. But I kept looking.
One day recently I stumbled upon this seller’s (gotonovo) offerings and thought their faucet/shower/hand shower combined was really nice, as was their pricing. Very reasonable. So as I’m looking at their offerings hoping to find something that would work for my situation, some adapters bwere recommended that could adapt these fixtures to my tub (And newer tubs to older style fixtures). Could it be, that I could finally replace my broken fixture? As I study the offerings by this seller, and others I decided on this fixture based on price, looks, perceived quality/ratings, the lifetime warranty, and the offer of supplying the shower extension and shower mount extensions free of charge (Not necessarily in that order). In the ad it states that they will provide the extensions without charge, but that you need to measure first and request them. So I knew before buying that it would be at least a couple of weeks before I could complete my project. I decided the delay would be worth it and placed my order.
A few days later my package arrived. All the peices were packed nicely in fitted foam inside a nice sturdy box, much like a fitted camera case. I thought this loks promising as I unpacked the box. The pieces were all there, they all looked good and fit together well. They had a nice finish and they felt solid and sturdy. The valves turned smoothly. When the weekend came I measured for the additional parts and emailed the seller through Amazon’s “contact seller” requesting the parts. They responded the same day, verified the parts and dimensions I needed, then regretfully informed me due to the impacts of coronavirus there would be a delay in shipping and delivery time of about 3 to 4 weeks. They offered to have me buy thru Amazon and refund my purchase price to get it quicker, then refund my purchase price. I agreed. The mount extemsions showed up a few days later, I emailed the invoice number to them and they promptly refunded. Then they verified that I had already properly extended the shower pipe before making the same offer to buy then refund the price for the shower tube extension. Again I agreed. After I received the item and checked it I submitted my invoice number they refunded my money. I now have a shower I can stand under, that doesn’t leak. The shower extension I placed between the faucet and the diverter valve (Instead of above the diverter valve as suggested) so I can also use the hand shower while standing upright.
Considering the price ($135), some of the comments/reviews, my overall cynism and my years of suffering with my old broken fixture, my hopes were high while my expectations were a bit lower for how this would turn out. Talk about being pleasantly surprised. My expectations for both the product and the seller were greatly exceeded. I would not hesitate buying their products again.
If only more businesses were like this. I wish them long life and good health, and a long and prosperous business.
