This doll is SO cute, and my daughter absolutely loves her. Both within only hours of having it, both arms have broken off. Very easily. I am so disappointed, and slightly frustrated. I hot glued them both back on, and one has broken off again after accidentally being dropped. (I’m not even sure it landed on the arm because it was on it’s back when I saw it after it fell.)
I am going to try to contact the selling company and ask for a replacement, but am thoroughly disappointed that both arms have broken so I now know this doll is not very durable, in our experience. My daughter is 3 and wasn’t doing anything like trying to break the arms. She was just carrying the Lucky doll around by an arm it is snapped off. The other arm was from throwing her into the arm to catch her and when she missed Lucky hit the ground and the other arm snapped off. 😔
Very very cute, and another one may be more durable, but so far I’m very disappointed.
