Buyer beware that “assorted” is a relative term. We received the item and there were about 20 of one pokemon and 20 of another (both common) and the remaining 10 were also very common. We expected there to be SOME duplicates but to get as many as we did was a major disappointment to my son. If nothing else, either make a major caveat that this will probably be the customers experience or use a product photo that is a little closer to reality.

Bit of advice, I checked the current seller before I bought (it’s always changing) and they had really positive reviews. I know some people have had bad results with buying this so check the seller reviews first! Not the product reviews.
That being said
It came on time, packaged nicely in plastic wrap. All cards were in pristine condition and smelled like they were right out of the box. I had 6 double ups on Pokemon and two double ups on energies, one triple up on pokemon. It said there may be some duplicates so as to be expected. It also advertised some uncommon cards, which I received 10 and I thought that was a fairly decent ratio. I also received two reverse holo commons, which no holos were advertised or guaranteed, so that’s a win. I got the pack out of nostalgia for when I collected as a kid and since it was only about $7.50 making the cards half price that of buying booster packs. I would have been blown away happy as a kid and it made for a fun opening. Will probably use as rewards/gifts for my nephews.

The sellers first line about the cards is a lie. The first line says, “This lot contains NO DUPLICATE cards.” I literally copied and pasted that sentence from the information about the cards. I received 25 Spewpa cards and 25 Quilladin cards – The cards are clearly brand new; however, I expected to receive 50 different cards. I will now go waste my time trying to figure out how to either get my money back or actually get 50 different cards.

The kids love them the first time but the second time were exact same cards so let’s just say they weren’t happy.

I bought these cards for my grandsons birthday. The package contained only 21 cards (out of 50) that were not duplicates. There were as many as 4-6 identical cards of each that were duplicates! Not impressed. I am afraid to waste more money on additional cards when you don’t even get 1/2 of what you think you are purchase.

Yea! 50 cards for my kid. Oh wait, it’s like 28 cards due to duplicates. Oh, and it’s really awesome if your kid wants 6 of the same one! How exciting to look through the stack of 50 and feel the thrill of seeing the same card over and over. Good thing that feeling doesn’t diminish or get old, because it happens a lot with this set. I should have ordered two packs so we could extend the excitement! I may keep ordering hoping I can get as lucky as a previous reviewer who had the good fortune of getting two different cards in this set of 50. To think, being blessed with 25 copies of the same 2 cards. Oh The Joy!

Had lots of duplicates. Kids were still happy. Just not what I expected. Had at least 3 sets of duplicates totaling up to 5 duplicates for each individual card type. Again, kids were happy! Just wanted more bang for the buck. And since it said handsorted and foils I was expecting a bit more. I think only one set had foiled. Ehhh…. they are happy!

Not a bad deal they look real but they are fakes and easy to tell but to a kid that does not know the difference they do they job. I was hoping to get real ones but that is to much to ask from this dealer so I gave one star they don’t go any lower. Like the leave of cheating kid out of the real thing low.

Imagine the look on your daughter’s face when she opens up her present from Santa and gets really excited about having 50 assorted Pokemon cards. Her face lit up in that magical way that you only see on Christmas. Then, imagine her opening the pack and finding 25 copies of two different cards, and having to explain that Santa made a mistake. I can tell you that the refund of my purchase does not begin to make up for the disappointment on my little girl’s face this morning.
Seller: I’m not sure what happened, and at this point, it doesn’t really matter.
Potential Buyer: beware.
