When I saw the Zac Efron documentary on water (Netflix), I went out on a search for local water that was quality. My fridge was too small to hold jugs of water so I purchased this cooler a little more than a month ago. It has worked perfectly. I use both the cold and hot water. The cold water comes out warmer than refrigerator water, but that makes it ready to drink immediately. The hot water comes out a little cooler than if you were to use a kettle to the point of boiling. Again, it is a perfect temperature for me. Albeit, the temperature is a personal preference. I would note, this cooler is for 3 gallon jugs only; HOWEVER, I have been using 5 gallon jugs in it. It has worked flawlessly. If it yields or breaks, I will update this review with that information. Regardless if that happens (because I use the device outside it’s nominal range at risk), this is a 5-star product!

I love this product! Exactly what I wanted. I wanted to increase the amount of water my family is drinking and I love having hot tea every morning so this Brio works GREAT! I wanted something compact because I live in a small space. I already have a wine bar/tea bar and thought I would sit it there next to my mini Keurig. It’s bigger than I would have liked but it’s perfect for our needs. IWe have increased drinking more water/tea and less juice. Love the three options hot, room temperature and cold water. I use all three options every single day.

Absolutely love this machine. When you first get it it’s best to clean the lines with hot water and vinegar and let it sit for a while like it says to clean for Plastics. It has a little bit of a plastic taste at first about a half a bottle or less. After that is an amazing machine. Very cold water an extremely hot water. I love the in-between water as well. It is cold enough to drink as well. Would recommend this machine to anyone. Well worth the money.

Upgraded to this unit after our old countertop unit stopped cooling. This one was about 6 inches higher so we ended up grabbing an old end table and sticking it on there. It’s at the perfect height now. The space between the spigot and the shelf is long enough to fit our large Tervis cups. The shelf is wide enough to hold them as well. I love that the cold and hot have on/off switches. We don’t use hot water much so it’s not needed. The cold water took about an hour to cool initially, but with a 3.6 L reservoir, it doesn’t take long to cool now. The water is crisp and cold.
The machine itself is nice and sleek. The top press buttons are easier to press than other front pressing machines. I absolutely love it.

Looks great. It’s heavy and feels like it’s well made. The water is nice and cold and the compressor isn’t very loud. The hot water is really good and hot for making tea. So far so good, I’ve had this for like a month and a half and it’s working good still. I’ll update down the road if anything changes.

I liked the push down controls of this unit which were similar to a model we replaced. This looks and works very nice. My only knock is that the water isn’t chilled quite as much as our previous unit, but adequately cold.

We drink SO much water in our house and I have always been reluctant to purchase a water dispenser because I have kids and water jug storage and whatnot. BUT we always blow through water filters for our off brand “brita” + the tap water here in SD is pretty hard. So after my uncle purchased this exact dispenser and we used it over the holidays we were hooked. Purchased this the day we got home. Super easy installation, we picked up two 5 gallon jugs from our local grocery store and fill them up with water each week. I did find the water tasted funny for the first 1/2 gallon, but then it was perfect. Super easy for the kids to use and there is a child protective mechanism (that my oldest already figured out) that helps to keep them from burns. Although we definitely gave a safety lesson the day we got it. Hot is definitely hot for teas, instant oatmeal, etc but not boiling hot for like french press coffee , and cold is definitely cold, never have to add ice. Love love love it!

It’s a cool little cooler. Does it’s thing.. got it instead of buying tons of water bottles in the middle of this crisis. A bit loud but not terrible. Using a 3 gallon jug I believe.
