I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to install. I see people complain about the hoses not being long enough. I don’t know if they changed the length of them since then. But mine were 27 inches long which is plenty. I did have to buy an extension for my hot water though, only because the people who built my old house put the hot water valve at the bottom of my cabinet. It took 4 times as long to take out the old faucet than it did installing the new faucet. We absolutely love the look and functionality of this Faucet. It has only been installed for 24 hours, but I can’t imagine anything going wrong with it as it seems very sturdy. I will update if something does.

As a plumber of over 20 years, I have installed thousands of faucets. Ive seen it all. So when I look at a faucet, I’m not seeing what you, the home owner, are seeing. I couldn’t care less how elegant it is, or how it matches your interior. That’s on you. I want to know:
    Will it flood your home?
    How long will it last?
    Is it made with quality?
IS IT PROPRIETARY???? Because proprietary means trouble.

So here goes. Read it slowly.
BODY. The body and finish look awesome. The finish resembles what we called Oil Rubbed Brass in the early 2000s. This finish has always been a favorite of mine. 5 stars.
INTERNALS: The brass waterway is win win! No plastic means a LOT! 5 stars
Supply lines: OK here’s the problem. They’re proprietary. That means they are “their supply lines”. Meaning they are not “standard”. Meaning even though I drive a supply house on wheels, if the supply line leaks, I CAN’T FIX IT because nothing I have is that size thread. 3/8 compression is standard. These look like 1/8th. 1 star. More on this later.
Spray: It has another proprietary sprayer. See my other review I left today actually where I found some proprietary sprayers with many different attachments here on Amazon. Basically proprietary sprayers are the worst decision faucet companies ever made. They in essence make the faucet disposable. THEY KNOW THIS and this is partly why I say they are designed to fail! Those little push connect attachments have a VERY bad reputation with reason. Can you get a new sprayer if it leaks through this seller or this manufacturer? That’s the question.
Now, I’m not saying don’t buy this faucet.. Ill explain it all, just keep reading. When the o-ring leaks, or the plastic clip on the sprayer push fitting snaps, and they do often, many times you can’t buy the sprayers anywhere, and you have no choice but to replace the entire faucet. Back in the day replacing faucet sprayers was a regular job, but it was a CHEAP EASY job, and it was certainly cheaper than replacing the entire faucet. Those days are gone, and yes Im still angry about that.
    THE GOOD:
The price!!!!!!!!! To get a faucet that looks THIS amazing, THIS stylish, for $85… That’s just awesome. Most of the faucets today hide the plastic waterway by DECEIVING YOU with brass threads. Lift the plate.. its plastic under there!!! Not this one. its brass and copper. 5 stars for not deceiving!
So you’re thinking “Maybe Ill pay a little more for a Moen or a Delta”. Well, I don’t recommend that either. I NEVER EVER reccomend Delta!!! In my opinion, they are designed to fail. Ask any plumber about those 3 little copper tubes behind the delta shower body! SNAP! So Moen.. a little better, but you’d expect to pay a LOT more for a Moen like this, and honestly, Moen is KING of proprietary. Good luck finding parts for their faucets when they break. I cant find half of them and I’m a plumber. There are Moen parts that Moen simply does not have due to obsolescence.
Honestly, most people will install this faucet and absolutely love it. For most people the supply lines will never leak. The spray hose probably won’t for the majority as well, and for I’d say 8 out of 10 people this will be a great purchase. Its a chance you take when you save money. My honest opinion is if you want to buy a faucet that will make this QUALITY PICKY plumber happy you’re gonna have to shell out around $700 or more. This faucet is a heck of a deal at its price point. Just go into it knowing it may be disposable if something happens. Go into it knowing us plumbers aren’t dealing with the same faucets we dealt with even 10 years ago, and we may not be able to fix it for even small issues like a tiny drip between the supply line and the faucet. Its a whole new ball game out there. But at $85 heck, GO FOR IT!!! Id say its a heck of a deal. If you’re not the “call a plumber” type, (Im talking to you DIYers) You’ll love this. If it breaks in a couple years you’re not out much. Honestly, the price makes all the other issues moot. $85 is nothing for a faucet like this!!!

This is amazing. I visited my friend who just built a custom home with a farm sink and he shelled out $250 on a faucet like this one. I researched the internet and found many in the $200+ range. I was leery that this would be cheaply made garbage but for $80 I figured that it was worth a try and the worst that would happen was that I would return it. Wow, I am impressed. This thing was so easy to install, and hooked it up with no problems. It looks as good as the $250 model from a high-end specialty store. check out the photos. Super impressed.

I purchased this kitchen faucet to replace a much more expensive faucet that failed after a year. This unit cost about
a third of the price, so I thought I would give it a try. It seems to be built well, the handle has a solid feel when turning it on or off, and the main body turns easily from side to side. The water pressure seems to be exactly the same as the faucet it replaced. Having just installed it, I cannot attest to the quality of the unit. I Love the style
because it looks like a commercial unit used in restaurants, however I was a little disappointed in the over-all look which does look like an inexpensive faucet. There are no installation instructions, just a sheet of paper that shows each faucet with the parts listed. I have had experience with installing faucets which helped because the installation instructions had a picture of the faucet I purchased, but this picture did not match how the water lines were supposed to be hooked up. I had to reference one of the other pictures to figure out where the hot and cold water lines attached. Also this model makes it possible to pull the nozzle out and down, and when i took the unit out of the box the nozzle pulled the hose all the way out of the body of the unit, not ideal as it took a while to thread the hose back through the body of the faucet. Overall it seems to work fine and I think I will be happy with the purchase if it lasts awhile before failure.

I was skeptical about the quality of this faucet because of the price but I am pleasantly surprised and it has exceeded my expectations. It is sturdier and better quality than the Moen it replaced.

Some people had said that the waterlines were too short but I did not run into that issue. Plenty of length for me.

There is a lack of step by step instructions but if you are even a novice DIY kinda person you will have no problem. The diagrams are helpful and you just have to apply common sense. Took me about 45 mins to uninstall the previous faucet (which was the time consuming part) and install the new one.
