I love the moveable faucet, the rain pattern and the wand. It makes a big different if you have great water pressure. Easy to wipe after use to keep it nice and shinny. One thing I like about the shower head is that after use the water drips from the rubber spouts and does not run/stay on the nickel case. This will prevent water stains from building up over time on the surface . The selection control works well and there is no water coming out of the others when one is in use. I read where some people had problems with that. Overall, really great and I had a professional install it.

This is a high quality product that works really well and looks very modern. Installed by professionals who said it was not a complex job. My only slight concern is that the 3 settings where the water comes from don’t really function independently. So when I put the spray hose on, some water still comes out the of shower head. When I’m running the water from the bottom drain, depending on the position of the Source switch, some water comes out of the other nearest source. This is not a huge thing and other than that, it’s truly an amazing piece of shower hardware

I had a remodel done so this was installed professionally. The instructions weren’t even great for the plumber but he was amazed by quality. As for me, I am thrilled by everything about this. It is beautiful. It increased the water power over the shower hand held I had and I swore I never wanted to replace the old one. Everyone who has seen it says how beautiful it is.

My wife and I just bought a new house and are finishing up the kitchen and bath remodel. We went with this bath/shower set for the master bathroom and we absolutely love it!! Plumbers had not installed a setup like this before, but said it wasn’t any more difficult than a Delta or Moen. The rain head puts out a good amount of water, the hand held has good pressure. If I had to fault anything, it would be the amount of water that the bath spigot is able to pass. The exit on the spigot is about the same as a traditional kitchen faucet, so if you have a large tub, it’ll take a while.
I’m considering changing out the Delta shower set downstairs for the shower only version of this one. Time will tell how it will hold up over the long haul, but initial impressions are great.

Over all very impressed with the quality and ease of installation. The pivot of the tub spout is essential with 2 people in the tub. This feature is very welcome. I will buy it again for my hall bath.

We just remodeled our bathroom and I just went with this one and I love it! The tub pressure doesn’t come out a lot but it does the job it also moves which is pretty cool

My husband had some struggles with install. He said the box was poorly engineered. However, he got it in the end. We were worried about weak water pressure as well. It turned out to be perfect though. I like the system better than I thought I would. You can tilt the showerhead. I enjoy how you can turn off the water without changing your temperature setting. I like the little click sound the knob makes that changes where the water is coming out of. The hose portion reminds me of the sprayer at salons. My son has thick hair and it can take a while to rinse out the soap. With the sprayer I can angle it perfectly so he doesn’t get water on his face and it rinses his hair in just a couple seconds but it’s still a comfortable spray and not pummeling. Really, really happy with this system!
