Really helped block my neighbor’s bright security light that shines into my bedroom . I now sleep better all night long. I did not purchase this for insulation, but it does help keep the room temps more steady. Great product.

this product claims to be black out but even when behind another curtain still allowed at least 30 or 40% of the light end. Not worth it

When I buy “Extra Wide Thermal Blackout Curtain Liner,” I expect an extra-wide curtain liner that blocks light and protects against temperature changes. Sounds reasonable, right?? These are none of the above. They are at least 10 inches narrower than standard curtain panels, they let in a lot of light, and are too thin to protect against a light breeze, never mind cold drafts. Also, the loops where you’re supposed to attach the drapery hooks (should’ve included drapery rings with clips) were just flimsy yarn that was poorly tacked onto the back. I ended up taking them down since they made my windows look even worse with wide margins of light coming in around a slightly darker area in the center . Total waste of money.

This is in no way a blackout curtain. It barely even qualifies as room darkening. Returning ASAP.
