I’m part Chinese and a gourmet cook who creates Szechuan style entress on a regular basis. In my humble opinion, this is by far the best red chili oil in the marketplace. I make an effort to seek it out, have gone on quests for this item because other similar products just don’t measure up. Grateful to have found it here. I buy multiple bottles at a time. Cannot do without for my beef and broccoli stir fry, classic fried rice with a “kick” and other tasty dishes.

Tried this tonight for the first time. Just a few little drops on my chicken… oh wow, this is addicting. I have been literally craving a flavor like this and not known this existed until today. It has a lot less heat than I was expecting, it’s actually quite mellow, but definitely packs a ton of flavor to make up for that. I can see myself going broke buying up a supply of this soon haha. But really a very good find, definitely recommend anyone who’s interested to give it a try.

Let me start by saying Ive used this oil in the past and its AMAZING in a stir fry. However the bottle I received this time was 5 months past the Best By date. I dont know if its House of Tsang or Walmarts fault, but my faith was definitely shaken after receiving this expired product.
