I have had a few black and Decker products, I have a food processor that I’ve had for over 10 years and works marvelously. But the fusion system for the blender and the blender bottle are horrible. When I tried it out for the first time it wasn’t even able to crush ice, there was No vortex created inside the blender or the bottle that allowed the blades to do their job. Needless to say it was returned and I went with a better model and brand of blender.

Easy to use. Getting extra containers and blades was no problem. Very happy with the produce with one exception, you can’t buy replacement gaskets. This is frustrating as the gaskets tend to dislodge when washing. Current solution is to buy a whole new blade which would be like replacing a shoe because a shoelace broke. Many of the reviews of this product have the same comments. Please listen to your customers and made the part available. The lack of being able to buy a gasket separately is the only reason you don’t get 5 stars.

This blender worked well and I really like the smoothie program! However we have had it for only 2 months and now the base broke and there is no replacement part. If they could just produce a hardier replacement!

Got given this blender last Christmas, I’ve barely used it. And today I went to use it and it seemed to struggle and then stopped working ad if it overheated. I can hear clicking from all the buttons when I press them and then the power light just flashes until I unplug it.

I bought this recently and within 2 days from purchase. The motor stopped and no longer worked. I am very disappointed that it no longer works. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
