When I selected this item I did not have any idea this sofa would be as sturdy heavy as it is I owned a furniture store for a few years and have assembled a lot of furniture from crates. This item was as well packaged as well as any I have dealt with. Most items show signs of rubbing as the carton is moved in shipment.
The sofa was very easy to assemble with good instructions.
The sofa is comfortable time alone will tell about length of service. The fabric seems to be of good quality.
I have a bad knee so I like this sofa as it is higher than the others in our living room which makes it easy to stand up from

Nice that the couch itself came in four pieces so i was able to bring the sections into my house by myself. Not difficult to put together BUT one of the back sections was not the correct width to slide down into the brackets. It was around 1/4″ shorter so i had to loosen the end bottom bracket and pull it out so its not flush to the couch. With a struggle i finally got it to fit but since the bracket is not flush, that side of the couch is loose & not sturdy. Doubt Hayneedle would send me just that section so i guess i’m stuck with it. Obviously was not put together for quality check. If it weren’t for that i would have given it five stars.

Extremely easy to put together, I would call it a love seat/couch rather than a sofa very small 🙁 I measured but didn’t realize the height was due to the tall plastic legs.
All in all I would say if you, need a small couch for a small area this would work otherwise I would keep searching

This is a super cozy couch. I didn’t expect it to be so comfortable due to the price but I’m sooo pleased with it! My husband is 6ft

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sofa looks great, but isn’t super comfortable. The back is comfy but the seat cushions are very stiff. It’s good for where I’m using it.

I really like this sofa, but it’s not gonna be a hit with everyone. It’s firm, but I like that cuz it provides good back support. It was quick and easy to assemble and I really like the color. The fabric isn’t too thick so I’m not sure how well that will hold up, only time will tell. It also arrived about a week early so that was great.

I cannot believe this sofa for this price. When I read the reviews, I kept thinking people must’ve gotten paid to write them because they were too good to be true for a couch under $400. As Smash Mouth once sung, “Now I’m a Believer!” It’s easy to put together, is an absolutely beautiful color, and is actually comfortable! It’s not cushy, but it’s comfortable enough to lounge on and watch tv. I’m trying to find a place for another one!

Easy to put together. Back looks taller in picture its actually kind of short. But it is a fine looking couch long enough to lay down on (I’m 6’0). A little stiff but it’s brand new expect that will work itself out with use. All in all for the price it is a terrific buy. Very happy with my purchase.

Couch came in late and cover T the bottom is ripped. It is smaller than I thought and is very firm. The only thing I like about it is that it looks cute. Wouldn’t recommend and don’t think it’s worth for the price.

Came in a tiny box, it’s 4 pieces you put together. VERY CHEAP. Hollow plastic legs. 2 screws hold it together. The back pieces that you slide the back into were both bent to the point I thought they were broken, but everything slid into place. It is hard as a rock. I’m using it for Airbnb and that is it. For the price, it is what it is. Looks nice
