Samsung’s wireless charging pad works well with my new Note 10+ phone. It charges the phone from 10% to fully charged in only 80 minutes, and the Note 10+ has big battery. The pad is stable, and the rubberized base and phone surfaces make sure neither the charger nor the phone slip around while in use.
However, the charger pad is VERY particular about how you plug it into the power source. It works perfectly with the Samsung wall power adapter and USB-A to C cord provided with the charger. It also works with the Samsung fast charge wall adapter and USB-C to C cord which came with my Samsung Note 10+. But any other adapter/cord combination is likely to fail, causing the charging pad LED to blink orange even before the phone is placed on the charger. My reliable Anker fast charge smart adapter will not power the charging pad using any cord, not even the Samsung cords. Conversely, the Samsung power adapters do not work if I change to a non-Samsung cord. The supplied 3-ft Samsung cord is too long for my desk, but after trying three different shorter, good quality USB cords I have been unable to find one that works; longer cords also fail. I contacted Samsung, and was courteously told that the instructions say to use only the adapter and cord provided. They are perfectly correct, and in this case they seem to mean it …

Es genial contar con una forma diferente para cargar la batería, éste cargador salvó mi celular, el cual ya no pude cargar un día, sólo mostraba el símbolo de batería pero no el porcentaje de carga. Sospeché que tal vez la terminal del conector estaba dañada y no pude hacerlo encender usando los botones de Vol, Encendido y Home, hasta que conseguí éste cargador. Llegó en excelentes condiciones y es nuevo.

The idea of this thing is great but the reality is something else. Firstly, to charge the phone, you need to place it on the charger properly. That means that it has to be perfectly positioned or it won’t charge the phone. Easier said than done. That’s not all that big a hurdle but when you add in that it doesn’t charge my iPhone all that quickly, it looses a little luster. Also, although this is obvious when you think about it, I didn’t realize that you can’t have the phone on the charger and use it at the same time. So forget sitting up in bed and using the phone while it’s charging or whatever. I tend to like to play in the internet as I’m drifting off and I like to play on my phone as I do so but if my charge is low, I can’t surf and charge at the same time. A bit annoying and when you add it to the other points, it diminishes the utility of the device for me.

A diferencia de otros cargadores de la misma marca, este si incluye cargador standard para su alimentación. El pad es muy compacto y puede ponerse en cualquier parte ya que el cable es largo. Carga rápida probada en dos cases: uno super grueso de Samsung y otro más delgado sin problema alguno. Aunque son solo 9w, compra recomendada.

Soooo the wireless charger arrived on Wednesday May 6th. By Friday the 8th it was no Ionger working. I feel like maybe it was an imitation cheap charger. That’s why it was part of a combo with my galaxy ear buds+. It charged perfectly fine on day one and two but by Friday a yellow light was blinking. I’m not sure what that means. Nothing in the box tells me about the LED lights. I looked up the device on the Samsung website and downloaded the manual and it said the flashing orange indicator light happens when connected to an unsupported charger. (The manual only talks about a red green and orange light. The light I saw was yellow) The charger that came with the device is a Samsung charger so there should not be a problem. Now I just feel like I bundled this with my galaxy ear buds+ and waited for this for nothing… if you buy this due to all the reviews I guess you’re playing russian roulette with your money and I wish you all the luck.

Mi móvil samsung tiene un “known issue” que la batería detecta humedad y no te permite cargarlo, la solución el cargador inalámbrico, lo malo es que solo me duro 2 meses y dejo de funcionar… estaba de lujo que cargara tan cómoda y rápidamente…

The charger works quite well on A FLAT SURFACE. I was about to give this review 2☆. However, I placed the charger on my bed (not a flat hard surface) and it was overheating. This will cause the charger to slow down and take forever to fully charge your device. But then I fixed that by placing it on my Tab S7+ near by to get a little room underneath for cooling. The charger stopped overheating and fully charge my Z Fold 2 perfectly in around 3 hours. It’s kinda slow and input support is 9V – 2.77A which means you have to use 25W Samsung charger. Other unsupported chargers will slow down the charging speed which is kinda annoying. Overall, this charger deserve 4☆ after understanding all of these things I mentioned. I wish it were 15W or at least 12W. I’m okay with the fan noise, but slow charging speed is more annoying. Also, I would like to have 2 devices with same watts fast charging speed than having reduced charging speed when 2 phones are being charged simultaneously. So, $69 (was $89 which is not worth to buy, watch out) is a decent price for this Trio Wireless Charger. Grab this when you see $69 or less. Don’t pay full price for this one.

Charges phone just fine but should state in description that the fan and turning it on/off only works with Galaxy phones running One UI version 1.5 or higher. Only found that out by reading fine print on the box it came in.

Ha funcionado muy bien, ninguna falla y llegó el día indicado. Tiene un diseño elegante. Puedes usarlo mientras se está cargando, ya sea horizontal o verticalmente, de las 2 maneras sigue cargando perfecto. Carga muy rápido, lo uso en Note 10+ y iphone 11

One of my favorite features of my new Samsung Galaxy S20+ 5G is that it supports super fast charging which is considerable faster than fast charging. First, I do have to say that I love the design of this wireless charging stand. It takes up considerably less of a footprint than prior Samsung wireless charging stands. The Amazon website leads you to believe that this new wireless charging stand supports super fast charging. An Amazon representative confirmed that to me in a telephone conversation. IT DOES NOT!!! The wall plug is definitely 25 watts and, together with the USB-C cable supplied, will support super fast charging IF plugged directly into the phone. The stand only supports fast wireless charging as it is 15 watts and would need to be 25 watts to support super fast wireless charging. I only discovered this after considerable research after my initial charger stand, and a replacement, both failed to provide more that fast wireless charging. My prior Samsung wireless charging stand, now several years old, supports fast wireless charging. In fact, any wireless charging stand which charges at 10 watts will support fast wireless charging. A wide variety of those stands are available for $20 or even less so there is no need to spend $60 without achieving any better result. There are currently no 25 watt wireless charging stands being made at this time. Amazon has handled both returns (for the original and the replacement stands) without issue. They apparently simply don’t know an adequate amount of technical information so now you have been warned.

Lo utilizo para un galaxy s20 FE, iphone 8, galaxy active 2 y unos galaxy earbuds, todos los carga sin problemas y rápido (casi igual que con cable directo). El iphone 8 supongo por ser más pequeño lo carga rapidísimo y sin calentarse, el s20 se demora un poco más en llegar a 100% (pero igual le dura la batería mucho m’s que al iphone 8). Los aparatos no se sobre calientan.
Lo recomiendo ampliamente y por el precio creo que es de los mejores que se pueden encontrar.
