I have only just installed it but it was super easy to do. Love that it has “tacks” to adhere so it doesn’t fall off easily.

Super easy to use and install – I just measured the length of my door and cut the strip to match that length. I no longer hear the apartment next door as it has done a great job with noise cancelling/muffling.

Moved into new apt with laminated flooring, so no more carpet to help with drafts and now also had some big gaps between the door and floor which I could easily feel air blowing through and basically an open house invitation for bugs and spiders “shiver”
Was also wanting to reduce the noise going in and out through the gap, especially in my main apt hallway door and I figured this would help some
Pros:
1. Real easy to install. Cleaned surface with windex and CAREFULLY alligned stopper and applied. Done
2. Looks rather nice, especially the gray
3. Dramatically reduced any chance of bugs getting in, and all but stops all air drafts
4. Did reduce sound somewhat, not as much as I hoped, but in the end, its just silicon from China in the end
5. Double sided sticky is VERY strong, NO way in hell it will come off without brute force
Cons:
1. You get ONE CHANCE to install it right. If you screw up and try to take it off, YOU WILL take off paint, door sealant and even wood paneling, the double sided sticky stuff IS VERY STRONG

Pretty simple to install this weatherproof underfoot strip to either keep things out or in. In my case I got it for my main door exit to the hall way because living in an apartment that has trash shoots attracts cockroach during the summer and I see them running around the hall all the time.
With this self install strip will definately keep everything out. Clean, tape, and cut. Literally that simple.

I am so disappointed because when the product arrived and I installed it, it really did a great job of noise cancelling. Unfortunately, after a day of use, it simply ripped off taking my door’s paint with it. I even wiped the door clean and dried it before applying it to the door like the instructions suggested. Such a let down.

I’m renting an apartment and my front door doesn’t brush up against the floor. There was about an inch gap which was annoying because it meant light, noise, and bugs could get in.
Ever since I’ve installed this, I’ve had almost no pbugs, no light, and so much less sound! It’s great. The sound blocking is especially amazing because my bedroom is near the front door and I hated hearing my neighbors conversations clear as day in the stairwell. It’s not totally noise cancelling but it’s so much better.
I have this placed so it meets the doorstop and clears the rug in my entryway.
It was easy to install – just needed scissors to cut it down to size. Then I wiped the area to clean it, waiting for it to dry, and stuck it on. It practically matches the color of the door so it doesn’t stand out at all. I’m very happy with this product!
It’s been on for a little over a month and I’ve had no issues. It’s been stuck where I placed it. Highly recommend this product, especially if you’re a renter and don’t want to have to drill into doors (other solutions I saw online involved drilling into the door).

I hope this review helps someone like myself who had an issue with a determined cat! Our cats need to be separated because well they don’t get a long. Our boy is outside of the bedroom, and or girl is inside the master bedroom. Problem is our boy will always stick his paw under the door to try and get in. Over time this left a bad sore / wound on his lower leg near his paw from the rubbing. We tried a few different things to block the gap, but the door draft stopper works perfectly and he busted through everything else. Also if installed properly if he meows, you can barley hear it!

NOT the same as the picture. Small rubber strip, not a beanbag/ both side of the door style as shown in every photo.

My new bedroom is literally next to our front door, and our front door is right next to our building’s stairs. This means I hear people’s voices when they are walking up and down the stairs. I bought this noise/draft stopper in hopes of reducing the sounds of neighbors.
Does it work? I honestly don’t hear anything from the outside now (and I would know because it would annoy the heck out of me). This also means I can turn up my music and my neighbors won’t hear *me*. Double-win.
To use:
1) Align this along your closed door and have the bottom just barely touch the floor (barely).
2) Gently tap the adhesive to stick, but, don’t press it until you’re sure of your positioning.
3) Now open and close your door to see how much it scrapes the ground. Floors might be uneven so you don’t want to have a hard time opening your door.
4) When you feel comfortable that the stripe makes a decent seal/blocker, then press on the adhesive. You’re done!
The only reason for my one star deduction is the sticky back. You have to make sure you put this on right or it could rip the paint from your door, and you won’t be able to use the sticky back again. My product suggestion is to use a better adhesive that allows for readjustment.
If you are looking for a draft stopper or a sound reducer, this product could work for you. Recommended.

I don’t have a lot to say about this one, I bought it because there was a HUGE gap underneath the door leading in to my house from the garage. Anytime I walked by it I could feel a ton of cold air coming through. Let’s face it I have it easy When it comes to weather, 30 degrees is about as cold as it gets here. Now if I lived in the Midwest I’d say this thing would pay huge dividends in a short period of time.
It comes longer than the average door, measure twice and cut once. Peel the adhesive off and stick on the door. I’m pretty sure a monkey could do it and actually do a decent job. I definitely feel less cold air, which also means less hot air when it hits 110 in August.
In conclusion, if you have a gap under your door, and your door is painted white, buy this thing. It’ll pay for itself with the heater/AC kicking on less often

I used this for soundproofing. It does help to block off almost 70% of high pitch outdoor noise. Very satisfied with the quality of the product. The sticky tape attached well and does not come off.
