I originally wrote a review warning that these mats are not for outdoor use. Mine filled up with water and I wasn’t really sure what to do with them. Today I received a personalized letter and replacement mats. The letter explains that these mats should be of a higher quality, but that is not all I received. We were also sent 2 different mats to try that are better suited for outdoor use and a lovely indoor mat as well. I have dispersed these items throughout my home, inside and out, and am confident the improvement will be noticeable. I could tell instantly that the outdoor mats they sent would work way better than what I had chosen. This is one of the most amazing customer service experiences I have ever had and I am, honestly, still in shock. I absolutely recommend purchasing from Sierra Concepts.

Sierra Concepts sent me a larger size, free of charge, and an amazing note. Amazing customer service! The rugs are durable and easy to clean pet fur off of. We have two rescue white German Shepherds who ho in and out all day in rainy Oregon so we needed something that wouldn’t soak through and would trap the mud. Best part is that they vacuum like champs. Thank you for the bigger rugs, it wasn’t expected but was really appreciated.

THIS IS JUST WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR…..A MAT WITH ROUGHT SURFACE TO HELP REMOVE DEBRIS FROM
SHOES UPON ENTRY (FROM MY GARAGE TO KITCHEN THRU LAUNDRY ROOM). STAYS IN PLACE ON MY VINYL
FLOOR AND IS EASY TO CLEAN WITH A VACUUM OR HOSE DOWN OUTSIDE. ONLY HAD IT A FEW WEEKS, BUT
IT SEEMS QUITE DURABLE. WOULD BUY AGAIN.

So I love these rugs, I was tight on money and needed basic doormats for my house, they were delivered quick…but literally a day later my basset hound ATE ONE OF THEM. I contacted the company just hoping they’d honor the “no questions asked warranty” and they did! They asked for my order number and address and sent me 2 new ones! Love this company thanks so much!

I was looking for something to put under my easel to catch paint drips or pastel dust when I’m doing artwork. I wanted something with a low profile so I wouldn’t be constantly catching my foot on the edges. These are perfect! They look neat and stay in place, and they are sturdy but thin enough to lay flat against the carpet. They serve my purpose well and were reasonably priced.

This is a great product. Value for $$ is wonderful. They came yesterday. Carrier left the box in the pouring rain. It was mush this morning when I found it. The rugs were absolutely perfectly dry, very well wrapped. They have already flattened from being rolled up. Took maybe an hour. They do not smell bad like some do. They do not smell at all. They are well sized for under the litter box, so Sophie and Grace can wipe their toes. They are carpeted on top of the rubber/vinyI and it seems like they will just shake out. I don’t know how long they will last, but it’s not like they will be trampled on all day every day and there are 2 in the package. The other one can go under the kitchen sink and be moved if/when needed. So the girls should be good for quite a while.
