If you put up the entire box then it’s like having a huge night light in the room. Not bad if you’re a kid but I like the room as dark as can be so I can’t imagine having it up in my room. Our children love it. I strategically put the large moon and star in a place that would get their attention. They try to find them every night at bedtime.

I got these stars for my kiddos. I’m super happy with my purchase! 200 stars plus the bonus moon is more than enough. The bonus little pamphlet with constellations was cool. My favorite part is the putty. There is a ton in the package. I’ve gotten stars from somewhere else in the past and ran out of putty. But this pack has more than I needed. The stars also glow really well. You just need to make sure you follow the recommendations on bulb strength.

They are smaller than I expected, but once they are up and glowing, they appear larger.
I was so glad I purchased these. Our grand-daughter usually doesn’t want to go to bed but we shine the light on them while we give her a bath so they glow brightly at bedtime. She loves them. Grampa spelled her name out with them in one area of the ceiling, which makes it even more special. Easy to apply and they stay up. Great purchase.

Pretty much what I expected!
Comes with plenty of sticky tack to put it on the walls. I used up about 1/5 of what they gave me to put up all the stars. Kudos to that.
Doesn’t look especially amazing during the day; the plastic finish is on one side is glossy though the small stars have numbers and codes on the glossy side, the opposite side is textured and rough. The stars are thick enough that they cast shadows.
Once it’s dark you don’t notice it. Works well enough!

They are plastic glow in the dark stars. It comes with sticky putty to tack them to your ceiling. Very apartment friendly because they come right back off.
They glow just fine. I don’t have a lot of light in the bedroom, so they don’t get super charged, but still manage to glow when all the lights are out. Love them.

After reading all of the negative reviews I was a little hesitant to buy them but I did anyway. I’m glad I did! They do take a little while (15 min or so) to charge up with the normal led light fixture in the room but once charged up they literally glow all night… I was amazed and completely satisfied. There’s more than enough putty for all the stars and none have fallen off yet. I’ve only had them for a couple of weeks but am happy with this purchase. Recommended without question.

BEST product! Definitely exceeded my expectations. These were so easy to put on/remove and the putty was easy to break apart and was not messy or grossly sticky at all. They are also extremely adhesive to the wall so I won’t worry about them falling off. I bought these stars to match my daughter’s star/sky themed nursery and these are just the perfect addition. I love how subtle they look during the day, then how brightly they glow at night. Pictures don’t do them justice. Excellent quality – definitely recommend.

While I wasn’t sure what to expect for the price.. it took a little while for these to arrive, however due to COVID-19 it may have been the reason; you don’t really expect much from the old faithful GITD stars.
A right of passage for number of children growing up, I was not impressed sticking these 200 stars up due to the fact that a solid 80% of them are the size of a 5c piece.
Fiddly and one could almost consider it a form of torture.. tiny bits of blutac to attach tiny stars to the roof and walls.
They do the job, but expect bouts of unbridled rage when “installing”.

Not as advertised in picture. Received different box, 196 Stars, Not 200 And package Did NOT contain the Moon.
Would also like to add that ALL the stars are sized the same. Again not as advertised. Not sure how this would make the best seller list. Buyers beware and buy elsewhere.

I found that these barely glowed in the dark and only lasted a few minutes even after using a high power flashlight to charge them up. Ultimately, I was not happy with the product and returned it for a refund. I had purchased some glow in the dark tape which worked much much better, but I had to cut out the star shapes by hand which was a pain, but it glowed much better (brighter, longer etc).

Tons of stars and came with a couple little constellation ideas and a crescent Moon which was nice. Took very well to the light and had a glow that night, doesn’t glow for all night but enough where my girls can see them and make them feel more comfortable without a night light. Plenty of “putty” to put all the stars up and I have leftover in case some stars fall for whatever reason. Love these, my girls had so much fun putting them up and creating their own Galaxy ❤️.

I wasn’t going to write a review but after recieving an email on how people are complaining that they don’t glow and leaving the company to explain how they work I felt compelled. You obviously have to expose these to some kind of light source in order to charge them, if you are leaving a negative review because you didn’t know that then that’s pretty ignorant. They work awesome and I would buy them again, my daughter loves looking up from her crib and seeing the stars.
