I ordered these and they arrived Monday. My yorkie, Delilah got sick suddenly in early April. I took her prints Monday afternoon. They look perfect. On Tuesday, I took her to the animal hospital in Auburn and she had gotten so bad there was nothing they could do for her. I am beyond devistated right now but also so thankful I found these in time! I will forever have her paw prints.

Really easy and mess free. When printing my little boys hands and feet I found that you don’t need to press too hard to get a decent print (one I used previously for my first born required you to push babies hand and feet firmly on to the ink and the paper). It came out a bit messy but that is more down to having a wriggly baby. It did take a very long time to dry though so if you’re putting it into a baby record book I would let it air dry for as long as possible. You are only supplied with 2 small pieces of paper but you can always use the ink again on other pieces of paper

This is awesome. Highly recommend. Easy to use. Our little one is almost 5 months so her hand is on the bigger side and her thumb almost doesn’t fit. I wouldn’t suggest waiting any longer to get the prints. You can get more than 2 prints. We didn’t have more card stock so we just used a file folder. Lol

For what it is (2 pieces of small white card and a thin in pad) I find this product slightly over priced. The ink itself does not seem to dry I took an imprint when my son was a month old that was 2 months ago and the ink is still sticky. You have to get it right the first time, which is difficult enough but especially with his product as the ink pad runs out after 2 impressions.
I would still recommend this product however, as the impressions came out perfectly and there was no mess if your willing to maybe laminate the impressions to prevent smudging then this product can be a nice baby shower gift.

We were able to get a few prints out of this before running out of ink but it has a major flaw in that the ink NEVER dries. I used it to put footprints in a scrapbook & on the inside cover off a book as a Father’s Day gift but the ink is still tacky & comes of on hands & transfers to other pages weeks later. I think I’m going to have to cover the prints with clear tape or something otherwise I’ll never be able to close the books. The pad is also extremely small & barely fit my 2 month old’s foot or hand. In hindsight I’d have been better of using an old fashioned ink pad.
Update: Pearhead ended up sending me a replacement, so I’ve added a third star for their good customer service. Still wish it had a bit more room to fit a baby foot & still had issues with the ink taking ages to dry.

    Super easy to use!

I didn’t realize when I bought this product that it is a no mess product! Basically it has ink on one side of very thin plastic. You put the inkwell ink side down on your paper and then gently press baby’s hand/foot onto the plastic which is facing up. Handprint/footprint comes out super clear and no clean up. One of these is good to do all four handprints/footprints.

I even ended up buying this for a friend’s baby shower since it was such a great product.

This worked amazingly well! I bought it to put footprints in my baby book. I wasn’t sure how that would work, since the instructions talk about using the included card, but it works the same whether stamping on the card or in a book or on another piece of paper.
One box was plenty for both handprints and both footprints.

I bought this to use in a get well card from the dog. It took all of 3 seconds to get a really great print (the squiggles were from her slightly long nails). No smudging, no loose ink powder falling. I love it! I’m not sure how many prints I can get out of it yet, but there is enough for at least 4 prints of mini dachshund paws. It came with a nice piece of cardstock too which I plan on using for my own dogs. I love that I didn’t have to get any ink on their pads because they don’t sit still and they looove to lick their paws. Another highly recommended product.

This overall is a terrific product! The ink never touches Baby’s skin, (or Kitty’s paw😽), so there’s no mess to clean up! You can use the inkpad on any surface, so I was able to put my son’s footprints directly into his baby book.👶🏻💕They give you a few paper cards to work with but I suggest to practice on scratch paper before wasting a card if you’re leery on using it right away😉Funny thing is the cat was easier to work with than the baby!!!😆If you have a strong, squirmy baby, getting a perfect print may take a couple attempts! The ONLY reason I take one⭐️ from the overall review is because the ink doesn’t ever completely “dry”. It dries but it remains extremely smudgeable. It will smear easily if touched, even several days after. I had to put a wide piece of tape over the prints I put into the baby book to keep them from transferring to the opposite page when closed, and of course just to keep the prints intact. (last pic I tried to make obvious the tape I used😉.) I heard you can buy a spray of some sort you can spray over the ink to set it, but the tape wirked perfectly for me. If you put the prints in a frame, the glass cover will keep the prints safe as well. This item would make the PERFECT baby shower gift, though I bought it for myself.😁I recommend this-I have been happy with every item from 🍐Pearhead🍐They make wonderful keepsake gifts and make their products well, with the consumer in mind completely. Thanks for reading!!!🤗

Super easy to use! Comes with 1 ink pad and 2 pieces of card stock. It says it does two prints but I was able to get 6 prints, and probably could have done more if I wanted to! Tip: wait until baby is sleeping to use this – it will be much easier to manipulate their hand to get a perfect imprint.

This is not laid out for single parents, it’s actually kind of a kick to the stomach. Instead of focusing on the new baby it’s coming from the “we” and “they” perspective of mommy and daddy, so there’s no way around it. Even in the mommy’s pregnancy section, which there are two of for some reason, it says we for everything. “We first told,” “when we found out,” “we felt…”

It’s pretty good otherwise. The footprint and handprint paper was great and we used it at the hospital in the nicu. It doesn’t use ink it’s just a transfer paper so it’s great.

I originally purchased a baby safe ink pad to get hand and foot prints, but my baby’s handprints were too hard to get with an ink pad, so I purchased this. It was SO much easier to get my baby’s handprint with this and much less messy. The prints aren’t as dark as they were with the ink pad, but they will do. HOWEVER, as other reviewers have noted, this takes forever to dry. I put the handprints up high and out of the way – except here we are a week later, and they still aren’t completely dry.

Wanted them to be great, but unfortunately no. If you know exactly how to do it you might be able to figure it out and get two great prints but it was tricky. The foot worked good so if you just want that it’s a good buy but the stamp was too small for our baby’s hand. She was 3,5 months at the moment.
