I like TOMS shoes in theory and what the company stands for, however I have never liked the look of their classic alpargata shoe style with the folded, squared off toe. It’s just not a look that I appreciate personally. I have now found two different styles from TOMS that I loved, both of which appear to be discontinued…go figure. The Redondo is one of them (Palmera was the other, but they no longer make them at all). I grabbed the all black version during Prime Day 2019, and I love them. I’m always a 9.5 in TOMS and these are no different. They have a smooth toe box with no ugly fabric fold, and they’re just a super simple and easy to wear shoe. I wear them often, and aside from some salt stains on the heel area, they’re still in pretty decent condition after almost two years. I purchased another pair that are shearling lined as well, and they do fit a little bigger but still comfy and great for chilly early fall or spring days. I don’t think these are worth the typical price they run on Amazon, but I sure wish I’d bought more than one pair when they were included in Prime Day deals.

So I found these “TOMS” and thought they looked legitimate as the “TOMS” page when you click on it looks real. However these are not. First of all, the front of the shoe is completely smooth, normal TOMS will have two creases from the fabric right at the toe. Secondly, the insole in this knock off is fabric and not canvas! Thirdly, the insole in these is completely flat and regular TOMS, have an arched portion to the insole to provide support. I have owned TOMS and these aren’t real. Please don’t waste your money. Without the arch support and decent quality your feet will suffer. I’ve written to Amazon to ask them to take this page down as it seems that many of us have the same issues! BUYER BEWARE.

I’ve had several pairs of Toms, most of which were purchased from Toms directly, and there is definitely something off with these… they are extremely tight and narrow even though I went up half a size. Also, they feel like cardboard, and I’m not sure if my eyes are playing tricks on me, but the label in the back of the shoe even looks slightly crooked. Just wondering when Amazon is going to crack down on these merchants selling counterfeit products..

I have a pair of Toms wedge style ankle boots that are super comfortable, so I wanted to try a pair of flats. I ordered the same size as the boot and was so disappointed that I could barely get my foot into them. I would have gladly exchanged them for a larger size, but they were not available. I’ll probably just go to a shoe store to get a pair (or at least find out my size in this style). I’m guessing that they run about a size small in this style.

I have several pairs of this shoe in different colors. This shoe did not seen right the minute I put it on. When I put it next to my other “TOMS” my husband and I saw several differences. There were no “trademark” symbols on the shoes. The stretch fabric was in a different place. Also, every TOMS shoe has on the inside heel “with every pair you purchase TOMS will give a pair of new shoes to a child in need One for One.” This was NOT in the pair I purchased with Amazon but WAS in the new pair I purchased from Nordstrom. And the price was the same!,

Very comfortable. Exactly like the ones I bought in the store if not better. I just wish they came in half sizes. Other than that this was a great purchase

These are counterfeit copies of TOMS. Read Barbara’s comment to see what I mean.

Just a heads up that these are not the classic Toms. The gross shoes (which is why I’m replacing them) I bought at Journeys, and the clean ones are the ones I just received in the mail. The stretch parts on the top are in different places, the stitching on the top is not as pronounced, the soles are cloth instead of that leathery material. The interior fabric is black instead of patterned and ultimately they just look and feel a lot cheaper. I’ll be exchanging these for the classics.

I wish that TOMS had a narrow width, by the time I get to my size (11), they are too wide for my foot. I have tried size 10 in the past and they are just a bit tight at the toe. Just don’t work for me and I had to return.

No son originales, no tienen el doblez en la punta, el forro por dentro no trae la marca, la etiqueta no es igual a la de los originales, la caja tampoco, la suela no trae el logo de toms y la tela es más dura y raspa el pie. Los regresaré.

The picture with the Navy shoes does not match what is actually sent. Instead of a chambray type of fabric, it’s really just solid navy blue. I saw someone else write this as well and am disappointed this hasn’t been fixed yet. I also wasn’t sure if these were counterfeit as others have stated in these reviews. I ordered a size 9 and the paper tag says that is what I received; however, the stamped size in the footbed either says 6M or W9 depending on what angle you’re looking from. They’re definitely size 9, so I found that weird. Trying them on, they feel pretty comfortable. I’ll probably just keep them to save the hassle of returning. FIX THE PIC!

Tight and uncomfortable. Why are these popular? They’re so narrow and I don’t usually need a wider sized shoe. Waste of money.
