This unit is quite good for the price with a few inherent design flaws. However with a bit of care and cleaning it may do well before its one year warranty is up.
The food results are great for a unit of this price point. Passed all tests for doneness, crispy texture and flavor for cheap fried snacks (breaded shrimp, egg rolls, mozzarella sticks, pizza bites, frozen quiches, etc. I still can’t get the settings right for frozen potstickers. Close though. Chicken and beef have cooked well though. Thicker cuts of beef take more time and less heat, but overall have resulted in great stakes so far. 10-14 minutes at 375-450 for 1 inch thick steaks depending on doneness. Use the baking pan on the bottom as a drip pan!
The unit does not have anything protecting the bottom heating elements from drips. However if you use the solid baking tray as a drip pan below the wire basket when baking items that drip, you will extend the life of the bottom elements and reduce the probability of unwanted smoke and possibly fire.
The interior is quite roomy vertically, enough for a full chicken. There are both top and bottom heating elements so there is a bit less worry about uneven heating.
The hot air recirculation fan is cheap and may need replacement within the one year warranty period. Mine started off quiet for the first 10-12 baking cycles, but now can be considerably louder on startup as the fan heats up. A bit worrying as it makes the noise that a cheap fan makes when it has been overheated.
But overall, a pretty good product for the price point. I would improve the fan. Put protective covers or provide an easy way to clean the heating elements. Reduce the number of presets. Add a wider range of temperatures (150-600F+). Add a cleanable grease filter in front of the recirculating fan and up the price point to improve the reliability of all components. I would pay 3-4 times as much with these new options and if I felt that this unit would last a few more years. Otherwise, the unit is alright at this price point (<$100 USD).

Got this air fryer oven in February. I make a lot of chicken wings using the basket (sprayed with canola oil so the wings will come off without too much sticking) with the baking pan lined with aluminum foil underneath the basket as a drip tray. The wings come out crispy, not greasy, and not dry. The vast majority of the mess ends up in the drip tray. A little spatter goes on the inside of the glass door and the inside walls, which wipes off and cleans easily.French Fries and onion rings also come out just fine. Very happy with it!

Got this last week and already used it quite a bit. Made salt and pepper wings that got a really nice crispy crust just like when I used to deep fry these. Cooked pretty fast (i think about 18 minutes) I haven’t had a chance to try all the presets yet but so far the ones I have tried seemed very on point with the timing and temp.
Even reheated some fries in here and they came out as if they had just been fried in oil.
this is also much easier to clean than my old air fryer ( just remove the crumb tray), not to mention it does a lot more.
Lookinfg forward to trying the jerky feature next and will hopefully update the review with my results.

This is my first air fryer.
Today is Ash Wednesday.
I air-fried four Gorton beer-battered fish fillets.
In the past when I cooked fish fillets with a toaster oven, they always came out dry and sometimes burnt.
I’m not totally sure how an “air fryer” works.
You don’t need to add oil.
This is basically a toaster oven with a fan built in.
Hot air blows on the food.
Apparently this seals the natural juices in, instead of letting them evaporate.
Step 1: Arrange the fish in the fry basket – then set it aside during pre-heating.
Step 2: Press the power button at center bottom. Numbers light up.
Step 3: Press Air Fry – the suggested setting on the upper right lights up: 400 degrees (top number), 20 minutes (bottom number).
The directions on the package read to cook fish fillets at 450 degrees for 17-19 minutes, but air-frying is more efficient and takes less time.
Also, you don’t need to flip the fish half-way through.
After trial and error, I lowered the time to 16 minutes, but kept the temperature at 400 degrees.
Step 4: Press arrow at lower right. Fan starts + Pre-heating begins.
Step 5: Pre-heating takes a couple minutes followed by a beep and the words “Load Food”.
Step 6: Insert fry basket into center slot. Shut door.
The countdown starts.
After 16 minutes, the fish is done.
Very tasty. Not burnt. Much better than my old toaster oven.
Looking forward to Lent.
You can air-fry bacon or onion rings or chicken wings or a whole chicken (cut it into pieces first).
Air-fried pizza is also tasty after some trial and error (you have to set time and temperature lower than the directions on the package).
This also works as a toaster oven, but that’s not nearly as much fun as air-frying.
UPDATE: I’ve used this every day for four months and it still works fine. No grease fires. It’s a good idea to remove and clean the crumb tray (I use a steel scouring pad) at least once a week. Also wipe down the heating elements with a wet paper towel (after it has cooled).

First time I used it was to air fry 2 potatoes and did fine. Today I baked 2 pieces of chicken and air fried 2 pieces of chicken. The baked chicken I noticed smoke forming in the unit then slowly coming from door guessing maybe it was from breaking in. Chicken was on baking tray with no holes so no dripping going on. Then I air fried other 2 pcs and things just went crazy. Smoke started forming inside drips falling on elements (which have no cover). Flames erupted 5 times kitchen was filled with smoke. My older toaster oven had covers on bottom elements. Not a happy cook right now.
