I absolutely love this line. The color (deep warm) is very complimentary to my dark skin tone and it’s SO lasting – I’m talking even after eating slightly greasy foods and drinking anything lasting and the second step ‘gloss’ makes it very comfortable to wear. I love the color – it’s a nice rosey brown and matches just about any type of makeup beat that I do each day. I didn’t realize two come with the order so I was elated to get two in my purchase. I will be purchasing more very soon! If you are a darker skin tone and want something is comfortable and last through kissing, some eating and drinking – GET THIS!

My favorite color. Lasts all day and is a great nude color. These lip colors are meant to last and are difficult to remove, which I like. I remove them easily with a silicone hair product, like Moroccan hair oil or Biosilk. It works much better than scrubbing with a washcloth. This color isn’t shiny without the clear coating. I feel like you get approximately one month, maybe a little less, from a tube, as it sticks to the side and becomes difficult to remove. It’s worth it to me for such a long lasting lip color.

I bought this because I got a discount, totally unsure of what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised.
The lipstick is by far the star of this product.
LONGEVITY – It does. not. come. off. To see how truly long lasting it is I wore it around the house for 12 hours through two meals and many drinks, smiling, chewing gum, and talking. When I went to remove it looked the same as when I put it on. I had to use makeup remover to get it off.
COLOR – From the picture I assumed medium cool would be much more of a pinkish red color. It is just a straight up nude lipstick. I was disappointed at first but the color matches my very fair, cool tone skin really well. It dries very matte and it’s very opaque. You will only need to use one thin coat. I applied more than one coat and at times it felt very thick and uncomfortable, so only use one coat.
TOP COAT – As far as I can tell the “top coat” is completely unnecessary. It’s basically a very soft, wet(?) lip balm, except you get none of the moisturizing benefits when applied on top of the lipstick for obvious reasons. I had to exfoliate and moisturize my lips after I removed the lipstick. If you want a matte lip then you are totally fine to skip the topcoat. It is very glossy which seems to be the main purpose. It does not stick to your lips very well so in the future I will use my regular burt’s bees lip balm for a more long lasting, less glossy effect. I may enjoy the top coat over a lip stain but overall I can’t see myself using it very much.
I do not and have not ever owned a nude lipstick but I think I will get a lot of use out of this in combination with my purple and black lip liners. Overall I recommend it and I will probably buy this same thing in a non-nude color!

This color is absolutely perfect for me. I originally bought at Walmart almost a year ago and didn’t have high expectations but I’m on my 5th tube now! This dries very matte and lasts forever! Even when it finally starts to fade it’s not noticeable at all. I’ve spent way more on beautiful lip colors that look great at first but a few hours of eating and drinking and you only have color in the creases of your lips! I even use this cover girl one as a base coat. Usually I wear it as it is a just put my favorite clear lip plumper on it. The clear chapstick thing it comes with is fine for healthy shine and comfort but no plumping effect. Flavor is good because – well -there is none! Which is the best haha

This is such a gorgeous blue/pink rosy color. Works great with my pale skin and blue eyes and platinum hair.
Been using this product for years. It lasts ALL DAY. I do re-apply the moisturizing stick throughout the day – but this color lasts for hours – even after drinking hot and cold liquids, eating, kissing even! Best lip stain out there and I hope they never change the formula. Warning though: the color itself is very drying – the moisturizing stick is necessary. Always allow the color to dry before adding the shining moisture stick though for best results.
I have discovered that if one uses a different balm over top of the color sometimes it pills weirdly. And you have to pick off little bits of the color – the chemistry doesn’t always work – so stick to using with the moisturizing balm they provide.

There is nothing wrong with the lipstick. I have been using this brand for a few years. The only objection I have is that the description doesn’t include the product number and you have to go with the picture of the color. As computer monitors vary it is hard to order the correct color online.

I love this and no longer buy department store lipstick! I have 538 – Wine to Five (similar to Lancome Fashion Icon without the sparkle) and 960 – Universal Nude (a pinky peach nude with color for a light/medium skin tone) on auto delivery. I’m 56 and lipstick bleeds around my lips no matter if I use primer, powder, liner, etc. This color stays all day, I touch up with blistex unless I have a long day and need a touch up the color.

It’s a nice color and it sort of stays. It leaves little “flakes” of lipstick pieces on my coffee and tea mugs. Very disappointed. I’ll be switching back to the Revlon version. Those one last all day. Don’t come off in little pieces on cups and you can even eat with them and the color remains.

Deep Cool Nude is a very flattering colour and it lasts more than half a day. Be sure to exfoliate your lips every couple days – if you have dead skin, this product gets a bit chunky as the day goes on. It is pretty drying and may make your lips peel a bit when you remove it. But it looks great and I love not having it rub off on my mask. Overall I’m really happy with it, will buy again.

Gave this one low stars for ‘moisturizing’, only because it’s really a matte finish, which I prefer. If I want a little gloss, I just add a light touch of the clear gloss that comes with it. The color really does last about 1/2 the day, at which point I may just add a little to my inner lips…that’s wear it seems to wear off first. This is my favorite color, which is a kind of dusty rose…very natural-looking.
