Completely useless. The rubber tip is sealed/fitted so poorly to the rest of the needle that grease comes out the back of the rubber without ever even making it to the tip. This was without even placing it into the grease fitting. Of course any backpressure from a fitting would be an even tougher hill to climb.
I thought perhaps it was clogged, but the problem persisted even after ensuring it wasn’t clogged AND after reaming it out bigger.
Should’ve listened to the other reviews that suggested it didn’t hold up under pressure, but I thought it would work in my application that doesn’t put the fitting under much pressure. Well, this one won’t work even under NO pressure. To beat it all I screwed around getting it returned and missed the deadline. My fault, obviously, but hopefully this review can help someone else save their money and time.

Apparently these reviews are for several different items depending on which one you choose at check out. I ordered the 90° Swivel Coupler. Interesting design. It doesn’t screw on. There is a zerk fitting inside the spring loaded coupler. It works like a quick connect air hose fitting. Pull the sleeve back, connect your grease gun to the zerk fitting, and release sleeve. Worked great for getting into tight spots on my old truck.

Got the 90 degree coupler to grease a gimbal bearing for a boat where transom interfered with grease fitting. The coupler attached so poorly to the grease gun fitting that grease spilled out of the union instead of being pushed through the coupler and out the end – forget about enough pressure to then push through another zirc fitting. I was able to disassemble the coupler and attach just the 90 fitting on the end to the threads on the end of the gun hose so there was no zirc union to spew grease, but the end fitting was also not tight on the boat zirc nipple. I used leverage to push the fitting onto the boat nipple while pushing grease through, and it did the job, but geeze. spent an hour doing a 30 second job. Look elsewhere for a 90 degree grease fitting.

Rubber end doesn’t stay on, when I could get the end to stay on grease wouldn’t come out the hole at the end. Expanded the rubber boot when pumping the grease gun and blew a hole in the side of the seal rather than out the hole the grease was supposed to come out.

There is a lot of “reviews”, but I will tell you this; This product WORKS! It does not leak (as some do), is very well thought out, snaps on zerk-fitting tight, connects to grease gun tight, and is just the right size! A+++

Rather than threading this directly onto your gun, this 90 deg adapter has its own grease fitting. You just press your standard grease gun fitting onto it and you’re away. This allows you to quickly switch to the 90 deg adapter without needing a wrench to get to that last grease fitting in a tight spot. It comes with two sizes of sleeve to be useful with various grease gun sizes. Pretty good value, it looks well made. There was a slight leak at one of the connections, easily fixed by tightening the connection.

This WILL NOT fit onto a standard zerk fitting no matter how hard you push. All you will succeed at doing is busting your knuckles if you push real hard. Also, the package contains no instructions whatsoever on how to use this. Other that the fact that it seems like it is very well constructed, it is useless.

Did not work for me. Maybe a more expensive grease 90 adapter would work this did not. Tried it on a couple easy to access zerks that would take grease with a straight fitting fine. Would not inject grease in those grease zerks let alone hard to reach ones. Would have been awesome if it worked. 2 stars because it was cheap and I wasn’t expecting much. If it had of costed more I would give 1 star.

Despite the overall good reviews and rating, my experience with this product was bad. The fittings did not seal to each other and grease came out of everywhere but the end where it’s supposed to. And the fittings I could get to work didn’t seal to the fittings on the truck I was trying to lube. I have returned this faulty product and am seeking better alternatives.

I bought this so I could grease the zerks on the wheels of my garden tractor since they are in a tight spot. It works and gets the job done, but it does leak grease out of the sides and at the male end. This is just a 90 tube, with a female grease couple at one end, and a male zerk at the other end. You do not screw this onto your grease gun hose. That was somewhat disappointing since if it did screw on, it would probably not leak at all. If I bought another one, I would get one that has a screw connection on the gun side, rather than a zerk, but it does do what it was intended as long as you don’t mind getting grease all over the end of the tip.
