Why does amazon leave this bogus description up..This cleanout inner diameter is 4 1/2″…I needed a 4″
..Which is what the description shows…So now I either get to by an adapter or send it back…

The description said it was 4″, it is actually 4.5″. It will not fit a 4 inch PVC pipe. I had to make an adapter to make it fit.

It was off by a 1/4 inch dam that makes me mad I must of got the factory defect which happen by but when you primer and glue it is hard to return it. I say factory defect because it seems everyone else got good ones damm i happens.

Worked perfectly. I hit my septic tank opening with the lawnmower. This fit perfectly.

You can buy them at any hardware store, I chose to have it delivered for the same price. They work as any other PVC fitting.
