This was a “refurbed” unit. It came to me as a pile of useless parts. I will like never buy refurbed again. Needless to say I’ve hit the return button.

Don’t buy this product. I hired a professional electrician to install this heater. After two hours he determined the product is defective upon arrival. Not only do I have to deal with the return and get a refund, but this heater cost me an additional $260 in electrician fees. I want it all refunded. 😡

First of all, their instructions are pretty poor. I wired and installed the unit, and turned it on. It started creating heat but the fan move in quarter rotations at a time and then stop. It spins freely with my finger so it’s not being bound up anywhere. What pain, now I have to ship it back. I think I’ll try another brand.
