The design of the base is beautiful.. Also I like the lampshade for 2 reasons. It it oval shaped so I can locate the lamp a little closer to the wall. Also, it allows light to get through. Most lampshades block the light…. ***Only Negative: Note: I wanted the 3-way light as the description says it can take a 150 watt bulb. However. the lamp itself says not to go over 100 watt. It’s hard to find 100 watt nowadays and 3-way to 150 is less expensive. I don’t want to chance it as I need to follow the lamp instruction. … Highly recommend anyway… I purchased 3 more as I like it so much

Ordered two, one arrived broken, box was not damaged. Otherwise liked the design, with they were wood and the shape of the shade is very nice

I took stars off for the shade. The lamp is very nice, but the shade is not well made at all. Swapped out the shade and now I love it.

The 150W bulb lights up my entire bedroom. Before this lamp I needed two lamps in there. It was $24 cheaper on Amazon then anywhere else (even with sales & coupons).

Upon further inspection of the lamp(s), I realized this was not wood or wood tone at all. The description is very misleading and that makes the price seem too expensive for the item. It is a resin with an uneven mottled shiny finish that does not resemble wood at all. I was very disappointed after giving them a closer look. They are the right size for me but the lamp shades are too big for the lamp. They do not appear balanced. I would not purchase these again for the price I paid, I am not happy.
