Easy to clean, perfect height for my fur baby. After so much time performing beautifully, the coating bubbled, cracked and that section was removed. As a rule I put them in the dishwasher once a week and hand wash the rest of the time. I think it was the dishwasher that did it, so I took a star for that. Otherwise I love them and he no longer has to feed with his head a foot below his body. This is actually his second set. The first had smaller bowls when he was a puppy. They worked flawlessly for over a year.

My problem is not with the product, but an inaccurate size description. I went by the size chart below the item, and ordered a medium size set (20 inches tall) for my 60 pound wire hair pointer. I received a set that was extra small (9 inches tall). I returned it, and ordered again, and for the second time I just received a set that is only 9 inches tall.
I went to Platinum pets website, and their sizing chart is completely different that the one that Amazon shows. Platinum Pets medium is 9 inches tall (their extra small is not 9 inches tall but 4 inches tall). And the extra large size is shown as 18.5 inches tall, not 30 inches tall as shown on the Amazon description. Please correct this, before lots of other people get the wrong size feeder set and have to return it.

This is the second set of these I have purchased (for two different dogs), and I am thoroughly happy with both! They are attractive, easy to clean, come in any size you could need, never rust or chip, are pet-safe, and come in a multitude of colors. What’s not to love? The first set I purchased was for our Boston Terrier, (a rescue), Eddie. He ate and drank out of them easily, even being brachycephalic. (both can be an issue with such dogs and elevated feeders) We had Eddie for 6 wonderful years, and that set of dishes was in perfect shape from the first day we had him until the day he went over the Rainbow Bridge, and believe me, he certainly used them well. I had to purchase a larger size for our newest rescue, (Gizmo), otherwise Eddie’s set would still be in use. I can highly recommend this feeding station to anyone looking at either the small or medium sizes. I have no experience with the large size, so cannot speak to that.

I purchased the medium with the 3 cup bowls The stand itself is too lightweight. The pup (47 lbs) for whom the stand was purchased easily moves this each time she eats. My other pup @ 20 lbs moves the stand when he drinks water from it; his stand–purchased 11 yrs ago–doesn’t move for either at 4″ high. The bowl in diameter seems too small for the opening bc it has a lot of movement. I purchased a NeaterFeeder (?) stainless set of bowls over an inch smaller in width that fit better and clang less. The rubber gasket around the rim of the bowl harbors mold unless you remove it daily and dry it out. Net: to make this work I bought a silicon mat and it still moves bc it’s so light; I removed the gasket bc it got gross, but it clanged, so I bought new replacement bowls that move less.I I’m already all in, but I’d recommend spending $50 on a truly sturdy stand that will last …if those even are made anymore.

Large labels are glued to the inside of each bowl. Be prepared to scour them in order to remove the glue residue. What genius thought up this packaging?

I like almost everything about this food stand. It is the right height for my golden retriever, it looks attractive, it is sturdy, the legs have rubber tips, and the bowls are right-sized and mostly easy to clean. The only things that I don’t like, which is why I have dropped the rating down 1 to 4, are the rubber rims which run around the edges of the bowls. The (laudible) purpose of these rims is to eliminate any possible noise and vibration when you place the bowls into the stand. The issue is that these rims get in the way when you go to wash the bowls, and water ends up inside the rims (they are a thin U-shape, about 1/4″ wide).
Instead of using these rims, I think an improved design would be to instead put some round 1″ long rubber pads around the 4 metal rods of the stand at the 4 points where the bowls rest on top of the stand. This would accomplish the same result in regards to eliminating noise and vibration, but the rubber rims around the bowls would then not be needed. The rubber rims are also a bit flimsy, so I am concerned about how long they will last. I think I will end up throwing the rubber rims away and wraping some black plastic tape around the 4 points where the bowls rest on the stand.
Nevertheless, I can still recommend this stand to anyone, as all of the other important features are well designed and executed.
Was a little smaller than I thought but other than that absolutely amazing product I have a big Rottweiler and didn’t think it was big enough but it still fits his whole can and kibble that he needs to eat

I read all the reviews before making a decision on which size to purchase. After reading it sounded like medium was the right one for my 49 pound pit mix. Unlike the description, the bowls hold maybe a little less then 2 cups of food each. And I was expecting 3.5 cup bowls. Also its not as sturdy as people said. My dog eats and the holder moves around a lot. Doesn’t lose grip on the floor but def isn’t standing completely still. Next time I def would have gone with the size LARGE since the medium is a bit of a disappointment in size.

This impressed me right out of the box. Packed well and in perfect condition. It’s light weight but very sturdy. I can’t imagine it tipping. And the medium height is perfect for my 47 lb mix. She took to it immediately. No clanging metal sounds to startle her.

I ordered the white bowls set but was sent was the candy apple red bowls. I ordered the white set to have my dog’s food area look clean, organized and blend with my kitchen decor. The candy apple red is jarring and makes my dog food area look ugly, trashy and out of place, no matter how clean and organized. During this Covid-19 shelter in place order, I am kind of stuck with them plus it is a big effort to pack and return anyway. So far, it seems to be sturdy enough. I have only had these for a few days and don’t have a dishwasher that may cause the coating to peel like some reviewers have reported. My dog was having terrible issues with bowls on the floor and the medium height is good for her. I like that it came with little rubber leg/feet covers to protect floors. It arrived a little earlier than projected. I just did not receive the color I ordered. Now, I will have to find white bowls that will fit.

Comes with labels cemented to the inside of the bowls. Really? So I have the choice between having my dog ingest adhesive residue or Goo Gone remnants. It would be nice if the manufacturers invested a minimum of thought in their product!

Great bowls that are sturdy and look nice. I feed raw so it’s not great fo that for hygiene because of the rubber slips around the bowls. For kibble it would be perfect. We just took off the rubber and worked for the raw feed though. Just a little loud when Eating because of the plastic off the metal.

(PS: I bought this stand along with an ONME Dog Feeding Mat made of silicone, which I really like. It is a perfect mat for underneath the feeding stand. Small size option – 11.5″ x 18.5″ https://www.amazon.ca/ONME-Silicone-Waterproof-Foldable-Portable/dp/B01M0A4YV3/ )
