Since everything is white in the house, I wanted a white frame to really “hide” the tv. It makes a huge difference when compared to the standard black frame. 5 minutes installation, very easy and no one could tell it is a a frame over the original tv. Art work looks so much better, especially when I add the matte effect. Looks awesome!

Have a 2020 50″ Frame TV. Installed this frame on it. It fits perfect and looked great but blocks the motion sensor to the TV which is what is needed for the artwork to appear when you are there. Total waste of money. Called Samsung and they told me that they were aware of the problem and had many other complaints but had no solution. Don’t buy.

Absolutely stunning! It is simple, no wood grain cover. No installation required – simply magnetic.

Just see the photos! I wish it was a bit cheaper – but worth every $

Overpriced but worth it depending on your install. I have it hung on brick over a mantle and the one connect box is awesome. It sits behind my speaker and satellite box away from the TV and there is only one very thin wire to the tv so practically invisible. If you cannot hide the wires in the wall it is perfect. This is the reason to buy this tv. You can get similar quality and look for less so I would only buy this for the one connect box.

We got a new Samsung Frame TV for the holidays this year and excitedly mounted it on the wall. We didn’t know which frame we’d go with and saw that there was a 3rd party frame manufacturer so we ordered some samples to try out. The 3rd party options were too thick, so we ended up ordering the light and dark wood frames manufactured by Samsung.

When they arrived, we were pretty angry to find that the frames they’d sent were some kind of cheap plastic wood imitation. On checking Samsung’s website it looks like what they originally marketed (and what we bought) were real wood frames, but the new versions have been replaced with cheap plastic. We’re beyond angry since a nice framed wood look was a primary motivator for buying the TV in the first place. If we wanted a normal looking wall-mounted TV, we could’ve purchased one with better picture quality for less money.

    Definitely would not recommend.

I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before purchasing, and I purchased the “platinum” color to match my other cabinet hardware, and it is black, not even remotely gray or silver. Unfortunately I discovered this past the return window, so am stuck with an $85 piece of plastic that goes over my TV and makes it look exactly the same as it did without it. Another thing to note that’s not on the description, is this will cover a few lines of pixels on all edges, hiding some of the picture. So I definitely wouldn’t recommend unless you absolutely hate the black bezel on the TV.

This is 100% plastic, and the cheap kind. It’s a very thin plastic sheet with some magnets inside that stick to frame of your TV. I wanted to love the product, and it does add some barely noticeable character – 3mm or so, to be exact. But for 200+ dollars… I paid almost 3k for the TV itself and this should either be included with the TV or sold for 40$ big max. Save your money and wait until Samsung cuts the price of this thing by 4x or starts giving it away in promotional offers.

not much to say about the product itself, it’s a bezel. But combined with the TV, oh wow. amazing. super easy to instal. If you get the frame from Samsung, this is not optional, you HAVE to get one.

I am a technology guy and the thought of being able to display a variety of art sounds like an excellent idea. I am a fan of Samsung and own 4 other Samsung TV’s. Unfortunately, on this product Samsung failed the execution miserably. The TV only comes with 4 GB of storage and preloaded apps consume most of the space and you cannot delete the apps. My TV only has 300 MB of space left for Art. After saving about 10 pieces of art, the storage is full. Displaying art is the main reason I purchased this TV. Samsung what were you thinking? You manufacture storage. Storage is dirt cheap. A 64 GB memory card costs $12. Your cost would be less than that. I paid $2800 for this TV and you could not put in more memory? Besides the storage issue, the SmartThings apps is very buggy and is missing basic features. You can only save your art to a “Favorites” list. Why not be able to create many playlists with your own label so you can display art based on your mood? Also, no ability to do shuffle play or hit “next” during a slideshow. These are basic features that most music apps have and could easily apply to art. The Art store has a very limited selection of only 1400 pieces. In comparison, a different site called Artcast has 50,000 selections. Samsung why are you not able to match Artcast? I will be returning this TV. Samsung you have hurt your brand by putting out a flawed product. I will think twice before buying a Samsung TV again.

Got the bezel for my 32″ FRAME TV, and yes the bezel is a must to have that “picture frame” look. Though its fairly thin in width it definitely adds a dimension to the overall look, making it look less like a TV and more like framed artwork.

My only gripe was that the Platinum bezel is more like black / super duper dark gray, and I wanted a more silver / light gray color to match my other art. Otherwise, it still looks like a TV… So since I didn’t want white or any other color, I decided to paint it myself with an “Aluminum Metallic” spray paint, it was super easy and the end result was better than I expected. I am in no way skilled at painting anything but spray painting it was a piece of cake and now it looks like it originally came in Silver and wasn’t a DIY home makeover. I attached a pic which doesn’t do it justice but hopefully you can see the difference.

Just wanted to share this review in case anyone was planning on the Platinum color. It doesn’t look like the color you see online when ordering and choosing colors, so just a heads up.

Other than that, absolutely love it !!!

    Cheers from Orlando!

Nearly $200 for some cheap plastic…. Shipped in a flimsy box…. With one of the long pieces bent and cracked. It’s not possible to damage just one of the long pieces in shipping as they are side-by-side, so it was like this when packaged. Returning, never to be seen again.

Just got the TV, which is great, and it is already framed in black anodized aluminum which is far nicer than any of the cheap plastic frames could possibly be. Unbelievable rip-off to buy any added bezel.

This white bezel made a substantial difference in the appearance of our Frame tv. Definitely gives it less of a tv appearance in our living room (which I’m guessing is most people’s goal with this particular tv). It arrived earlier than estimated and was very easy to install. Took approximately 5-10 mins. Would definitely purchase from this seller again.
