This honey is mid level Latin American honey in terms of flavor. The packaging needs to be stronger and the cap defintely needs an upgrade – it is thin and arrived broken.

Sweet, easy-flowing, tasty, and not processed. Great product. I will be buying more.

Nice honey but the package arrived with the top broken and it got infested with ants.

Kind of bummed that the lid came broken, but other than that I have no complaints and it tastes amazing!

Item bottle received with two sections of the hard plastic cover seal cracked off. But NO broken plastic pieces found in the undamaged shipment parcel box. Very strange.

This is great option for honey considering the affordable price, which is less than you would pay at Trader Joes, Spouts, or Safeway for a large 32oz bottle. It is exactly the same as the previous Amazon Solimo brand—I think they just rebranded as Amazon Happy Belly—so this is a tried and true product—you just aren’t seeing tons of reviews yet, because the reviews existed under the Solimo name.
To me, this honey has a mild caramel flavor, and is not medicinal or floral in any way. The light caramel tones make it super addictive—I want to squeeze it on everything!
A previous reviewer seemed concerned that they couldnt tell the difference between raw and not-raw. Well….there isn’t a ton of difference, to be blunt, despite what marketing or worse yet, some internet blog, would have you believe. Nutritionally, they’re more or less the same, because the amount of pollen in raw honey is too negligible to affect the nutrient profile. Don’t believe me? Then check in with the Nat’l Honey Board: https://www.honey.com/faq. Or just do a search on PubMed to see if you can find any legitimate, peer-reviewed science that concludes raw honey is “healthier.” (There isn’t.)
That being said, if you LIKE eating raw honey for textural or aesthetic reasons then go for it. There is no federal definition of “raw” but it often refers to honey that is not heated, pasteurized, or filtered. Often, that means it may still have air bubbles, pollen grains, wax particles, bee body parts, (and pathogens) etc. The more suspended particles, the faster the honey becomes crystallized and cloudy. Some people like solid honey, some don’t. My bottles of this honey have been clear and uncrystallized, so I am assuming this honey has been minimally strained to remove general debris (which is not the same as total filtration, but is enough to keep the bottle clear for a while). All honey will crystallize over time.
The bottom line is: this is a great price for honey of any kind, processed or not. Where else can you get 32oz of honey for this price? If you like solid, spreadable honey with intact pieces of honeycomb, this is not for you, but if you like squeezable golden honey in convenient bottled form, then this is a deal too good to pass up.

It is my opinion that this honey is not genuine, and it is a blend of other products. It is my opinion that this particular brand of honey is a complete fake devoid of real taste but a plenty full of preservatives. So as a customer I would not advise other customers to buy this product.

Taste fine but looks just like normal honey. If anyone is more knowledgeable, please review this honey. How can one tell if this is real raw honey or normal honey? Taste same and looks same as normal honey, looks only slightly darker in color.
