This is a nice looking computer but it doesn’t do what it is supposed to do. I got this for my daughter to do school work on since she needed something that wasn’t a chrome book and I am very dissatisfied! I will be returning this and getting my money back!

I had to order this computer online as I needed a new one for work. There were none in the store so I was forced order. It was brand new and from the minute I started getting it set up it kept shutting itself off! Walmart needs to do better at ensuring their products, especially electronics, are at a high quality and will actually work if they are going to sell them!

I purchased this laptop for work and school purposes and so far I am very pleased with it. At first I had to adjust to having much bigger buttons, as my old laptop had a smaller keyboard, but now I’ve gotten use to the difference. I love the color, it is very lightweight and sleek. The screen is very clear and so far it has performed extremely well. I highly recommend! Great buy!

Windows 10 REFUSED to ALLOW me to upload “Chrome”!!!
I am REQUIRED to use the “CHROME” Search Engine for my online JOB, and was THWARTED bu Microsoft Windows, FORCIBLE EMBEDED on MY computer!!!
It took me 2 DAYS to get this problem RESOLVED, partly BECAUSE of the CRAPPY Online assistance from Gateway!!! Those FAILURES at Gateway were NO HELP in servicing THEIR OWN product!!!
Gateway SUCKS almost as BAD as Microsoft!!!

Second day of use and the camera stopped working. No reason behind it . Just stopped . I updated the driver did all the possible and still nothing . Back to the store it goes. I got a dud. Don’t take the risk of buying a cheap machine . Save your money
