No complaints with the laptop. Love being able to from a laptop to a tablet. Needed it for school and it’s been doing it’s job. Wish they had a large screen laptop in stock but overall a good buy.

This laptop is versatile, easy to use in both computer and tablet mode, and small enough to fit in my handbag! The year subscription to Office 365 is just another sweet bonus to this laptop/tablet combo. The speakers are lacking in quality, but I still highly recommend!

Received the laptop but the battery does not work. Called customer service a few times. All they say is we will let you know. Its been 2 weeks since I got the product and notified them about the battery problem. Cant use and have not used the laptop since battery is not working and cannot charge the laptop.

Unfortunately it works way slower than I anticipated. I was having to wait 5 mins just for google chrome to open, which isnt good seeing as I have to use it for school. Someone with more patience might love it though.

Homeschooling for our second year and this baby is all we need and more! We used a Amazon fire 10 tablet last year and while it worked for some things it missed out on a ton of things. This laptop with the touch screen and full capabilities is perfect for our homeschool needs. Both kids (5

The first day, not even within the first hour of having this open and set up, decided to do a screen blackout after flickering in and out. It was also slow with loading things and now I can’t even go in and try to do a factory reset because even with turning it off and back on again the screen is black. Waste of my money. I was hoping to be able to take this on the trip that I’m taking next month, but instead it’s being returned for my money back.

It was returned. Twice! We really tried to give this computer a chance. The first one took forever to set up. It was so slow! It took 2 hours to download google chrome. The other laptop we just got took minutes to do the same thing. Then for the next 2 days that we had it, it kept kicking us off the internet while there was full connection. It took forever for websites to come up (while all the other devices in our house take seconds) and then it would say there was no internet. After trying several updates and talking to a tech, I decided to exchange it for another one. I got it today and this one is worse than the first! It didn’t download windows to begin with so I had to do a reset to try again. It also wouldn’t let me sign in with my Microsoft account. I tried to look for updates and I just kept getting errors. This one stayed connected to the internet but was still so slow bringing up any websites. After HOURS of trying to get it set up I have given up. The second one is being returned as well.

Unit’s display started malfunctioning about 6 weeks after purchase…no dropping or mistreatment….ended up being just past the return window….now we must pay to have it shipped AND returned to and from a Gateway “service” center. Not what we would call a positive experience so far!
