i purchased them in may 2020 and used them periodically. i really loved them, until recently when i’ve tried using them…my right one will not hold a charge and now it is no longer recognized at all. i’ve noticed that others have been experiencing this as well and of course my warranty has since expired.

They are as loud as I need them to be and call connectivity is also amazing. I love the audio notifications like when they connect and when I’ve left my phone. I bought one for me and one for my wife without question.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Bluetooth devices for good few years now.in construction/marine construction a must.the ambient sound.help hear whats going on while i can zone into my work to forget i am working.with right ear pieces.i have nvr had them drop over the water.when doing boat sheds/piers.good water resistant heavy splashes or upon you weather change.good battery life.great lab feature to hear around you while taking client or bosses call.give a 5 out of 5.

BUT when I purchased the Buds+ everything was taken to another level! A highlight for me is the Ambient mode! I can listen to music and my podcasts in public and still aware of what is going on around me. I can simply switch it off when I want to tune everyone out and lock in during a workout! They are very discreet when in. The fit is not invasive and the microphones are great for when Im on a call unlike many competitors! I even bought my mom a pair! It’s just beautiful!

The Performance is even better, I can hear Everything I listen to so much better than any other Wireless Ear Bud I used. Then there is the VALUE, Just amazing a low price for good pair of Ear buds!

I bought this products in deals for $60, I guess they shipped me a refurbished or returned ear buds because package was re-taped and there was fingerprints on ear buds case. I think they trying to get rid there returned products with black Friday deals. * photos attached *

Excellent sound, better than I expected, and for the Retail Price of these, I was expecting quite a bit. Excellent battery life as well. Limited, but decent sound controls with the App. I find it very difficult to find buds that comfortably fit my smaller ears but these include interchangeable pieces to create a ‘custom’ fit. They are regularly on sale now, making them a no brainer buy…

Wish they could get a slight bit louder, but I love everything else about them! The sound quality and clarity in the dynamic setting are amazing. They are very comfortable and secure. They connect the instant you put them in. The Galaxy Wearable app let’s you customize them, see the % of battery remaining, interact with Bixby, and many other things. Although these are my first pair of earbuds, they far exceed any headphones or wireless earphones I’ve ever used with a smartphone. I highly recommend them!
