Help!!!!! When my son first received this gift we couldn’t figure out how to make it go!!! Then all of a sudden it did. Well now it won’t propel with the throttle. Help please!!!

Unfortunately, this thing did not last 4 months riding on paved asphalt. My kid weighed under 60 lbs and did no tricks and his wheel became unwelded inside the shaft. Caused him to wreck and get hurt. 2 months in his cover on the brake snapped off and now this. Stay away from this cheap (covid-19) quality product.
