Bottles leak and sprayer triggers break easily. Used 2 seperate products first day and triggers broke first spray.
Tried Chemical guys customer service for a replacement. terrible idea…. waited 3 weeks for a response. Now over a month to hear regarding a follow up from their CSR.
Sadly, these products worked well despite packaging, however due to terrible customer service from chemical guys even after repeatedly reaching out directly I will not be buying again.

I wish I could use this product. It has been ordered twice and both times more than half the bottles arrived damaged and leaking. All of them are dented. This is very disappointing and I plan to switch brands in hopes of better luck. I’ll be returning this again.

I haven’t found a Chemical Guys product yet that I don’t like! This is a great starter pack for those really into detailing + professionals. The value compared to what you’d pay for each of these products makes this pack worth it! If you are new to detailing, I can’t recommend this enough!

As a beginner, this kit has almost everything needed to wash and detail at home. I bought this because I wanted to get away from drive through car washes and expensive detailing, but I didn’t know which individual products to buy. I was able to take care of the car in a little over an hour using the wash, wax, wheel cleaner, and tire/trim dressing. The products were effective. After my hard work was ruined by rain and dirt that week, I was able to do a quick once over with the speed wipe. The car looked freshly washed again with little effort. In my opinion, a wheel brush and glass cloths would make the kit more complete, but those are easy enough to get ahold of. I’m very satisfied.

Really like the Chemical Guys products overall.
There waxes and cleaners are top notch and better than the basic premium brands you get at Auto Stores. Better than Mothers or Meguiars. I really like their products especially at the price point. This is a great pack that gets a lot of your essentials. I think this is a must for those wanting to protect their rides.
Really love their “Butter Wet Wax” – easy on and easy off.

There is a lot of starter kits that are sold out there. There are few that offers as complete a kit and with such a good quality as this kit. This will cover virtually everything from most interiors to wheels to exterior. The price if very good for everything offered and you will get a lot out of it. No complaints, 100% recommended

Honestly, chemical guys is overrated. I like their products, but honestly there are other products that are just as good if not better and cost a fraction of the price. For instance, Mothers or Meguiar’s products. Plus, they have way too many products that do the same thing. I’m not saying they don’t work, but i have detailed cars professionally and I don’t think these products are worth the money.

So here is the truth on this kit. If you have a big truck (crew cab) you’ll use more product in the detail spray so buy an extra detail spray since you’ll use that 2:1 for the other products. The first time I used this product I was less than pleased with the results. I did everything by hand so I went and got a polisher from harbor freight. After that you can see the amazing result. It placed a more consistent and cut the VSS with ease. It still need a few more coats in the trouble areas and I’ll likley do my truck once every two weeks until I’m satisfied but from where it was to where it is now…awesome.

This is a great combo of products to get started into the world of quality car cleaning products. Some of them you only rarely or maybe never end up using depending on how serious you are (clay bar and swirl remover). The rest are regular go to products for cleaning your car. The wheel cleaner is especially good at removing break dust.
After purchasing this I also picked up the leather cleaner and conditioner to pretty much finish off what I needed to detail my vehicle.

Why would this 100$ kit come with a clay bar and no clay luber?
I just watched the chemical guys video I need this lube to detail my car.. now I have to what? Buy more stuff and wait to get it?
