AMAZING! I recently adopted a sweet 6 year old dog that has been having a lot of accidents on my beige carpet. I researched a ton of carpet cleaners and am so glad I purchased this one.
– it’s extremely easy to use and put together
– lightweight
– easy to clean after!!!! I have a bissel little green machine which stinks like dog pee and impossible to clean out after only a couple of uses. This one was sooo easy to clean after using!!!
– good suction and no leaks!!

As you can see in my before/after picture above. I really don’t even need to leave a review, the picture speaks for itself. I am truly shocked. I’ve had a carpet cleaner before, and all it did was smear the stain around, and make a larger stain! This is by far my favorite household item now. I have children, pets, and a husband, and this has answered my prayers! I cannot believe I have ever went without this. I need this in my life. Excellent quality, and actually does what it says it does. I’m surprised a couple swipes across the stain, and it was gone. I have more stains, and I will update my review with how great this works. This stain was a tough one though…coffee. Look at the picture, and you can even see besides the stain my carpet must have been pretty dirty too because after cleaning it it’s grey again. I’m VERY, VERY, VERY happy with this product, and I HIGHLY recommend.

We got a puppy and are still working on potty training. This has been a lifesaver!! It’s so cute! So easy to use!! We live in apartment and I even used it to clean half our living room! Cannot say enough good things about this!!

I’m very impressed with the cleaning power that this Bissell JetScrub Upright carpet cleaner has for it’s compact size. The smaller design is big plus for me as it doesn’t take up much space to store. It has a telescoping handle that slides easily into the unit further reducing it’s storage footprint. There are two bright headlamps on the unit that help in illuminating the area to be cleaned, what a thoughtful feature. Another nice thing to note is that the clean water tank is clearly marked making adding the cleaning solution and water easy by just filling to the easy to read lines printed on the tank. Buttons for the various cleaning settings are conveniently located on the handle where one can go from deep clean to express clean with just a press of the finger. I found that the button designed to give an extra shot of cleaning solution worked well on tougher stains with it’s delivery of extra solution. Both the clean and dirty water tanks are made of durable plastic and were easy to remove, fill, and pop back in the unit. As seen in one photo I posted, tanks are effortlessly rinsed well and left to air dry. All components on this Bissell JetScrub carpet cleaner seemed to me to be made of high quality materials. I really appreciate the fact that the roller brush can be removed after use which makes it ideal for cleaning any lint or dirt that can get intwined in the bristles during use. Bissell also included a brush cleaning tool that further aids in roller brush cleaning and fits into its own compartment in the storage tray. This handy tray gives the Bissell JetScrub Upright cleaner a home to dry and to store the roller brush in an upright position while drying. Both tanks, along with the roller brush are easy to clean and dry assuring that your Bissell JetScrub is in tip top shape ready for your next use.
The unit itself was easy to push and relatively quiet to operate. In my opinion this carpet cleaner gave my carpet a deep and thorough cleaning. It did a great job of suctioning the solution back from the areas I cleaned whereas my carpets were damp but not saturated as I’ve experienced with other brands of carpet cleaners in the past. I’m truly thrilled with the design, size, quality and performance of this Bissell JetScrub upright cleaner. I sincerely recommend this product especially if storage space is an issue as it is for me. I’ve posted some photos and hope they further help you with your choice. Thank you.

I loved the quality of the 3’ x2’ section it did on 1st clean. However the brushes suddenly stopped moving. Unplugged, cleaned it out (which wasn’t much since I hadn’t gotten far), tried removing water bins, empty and washed out water bins, blue filter area, etc. plugged it back in it & brushes moved for 5 seconds and then stop. Lights work, but other than 5 seconds intervals it’s useless. What’s frustrating is the bissell support site covers so little and what it does most humans would try on their own if this isn’t their first carpet cleaner. Bissell is a quality carpet cleaner company and I was very impressed with the 3×2 section as I could see a slight gray at the edge of where I cleaned my carpet. (Obviously my last non bissell cleaner didn’t do a very good job as I carpet clean every 3 mns to keep my home looking new.) However the ability to identify problems and fix them while you have your room torn up instead of waiting until the next day during work when the machine is not with you to ask for help is extremely below quality for Bissell. This is my 3 rd Bissell carpet cleaner in 30-35 yrs. but is the first one that the instruction manual is practically useless. Ok save paper. I can support that but your web site offers nothing more in terms of trouble shooting. Otherwise this would have been the perfect carpet cleaner for me. I guess I will not surf the internet for other customers who had the same problem and try what they tried. Disappointing because I’m not going to have enough time to finish the room tonight. This machine is a lot quieter than my 4 prior carpet cleaners.

The first cleaner sent to me had broken buttons so when I plugged the thing it in immediately was stuck on not on Deep Clean Mode, but the trigger was also broken so it emptied the entire tank of water into my carpet in about 30 seconds. I got a replacement unit and was excited to finally clean my runs, only to discover that while all the buttons and trigger were working correctly, my cleaner did not have enough suction to actually suck the water out of my carpet. I’ve returned both and will be looking for a different brand of cleaner, these ones have major quality control issues.
