I love this headset. My Turtle Beaches finally crapped out on me and I was looking to upgrade. Heard many good things about Astros now I know why. Not only is it very comfortable on the head but you can hear everything clearly in the chat and in game. Relatively simple features such as the volume dial and flipping up the mic to mute. But I am fine with that. Just needed a reliable gaming head set and I definitely got one.

Overall its a great product. Doesn’t feel cheap like most turtle beaches I’ve owned in the past. Sound is clear, and feels good on my ears.

If you game, the way I game then you seriously want these. Very loud and clear. I have like 5 different pair of headphones, but only wear these cause of how good they are. #CODBlackoutLover

Overall Thoughts:
The Astro A10 is a great entry level gaming headset for $60! This is Astro’s first entry-level gaming headset and now competing against others such as the HyperX and Turtle Beach, which are budget friendly gaming headsets as well. The Astro A10 comes in Blue for PS4, Green for XBOX ONE, and Red for PC. However, all of these headphones will work for any console or PC. For example, you can buy the Blue one and use it for your XBOX ONE or buy the Green for your PS4 so it just depends on which color you like. It comes with a 6.5 foot cable, which is detachable, and also has the in-line volume slider. So overall, the Astro A10 gaming headset are very impressive offering nice features, but are they the right headset for you? Let’s discuss!
As far as the design, the Astro A10 gaming headset is mainly made out of plastic and looks very sleek and has a clean finish!! The only part that does not look the best is the headband on the top because it has a rubbery cheap feel and not the most flashy pair of gaming headset. It’s not a big deal but just something to take note of. As far as flexibility goes, the Astro A10 very flexible and has a really nice range of motion, you can really stretch these and twist them a ton. Also, the A10 is very sturdy and won’t break easily because they were designed very well and tough!
Comfort wise, The A10’s are pretty comfortable. The memory foam ear cushions have a plush feel to them and are very soft with great padding support around the gaming headset. The top padding is the part that could of been improved because it’s not long enough so when it sits on your head, it covers a small portion. The smaller ear cups may not feel comfortable for everyone, especially if you have bigger ears because it may not be big enough. Overall, I would say the Astro A10’s are pretty comfortable. If you are going to be gaming, you can easily wear these for hours and hours with not much discomfort.
So next is the sound and microphone quality, a factor when trying to decide which gaming headset to pick. The sound is definitely impressive when gaming. You can hear things such as footsteps very clearly which create a competition edge over the opponent. When driving racing games, it sounds very clean and you can hear screeching tires and engines which create an immersive gaming experience. Now I will say the sound is not anything over the top when it comes to music. It’s not going to have a ton of bass, detailed mids and highs, and provide any sort of clarity. The Astro A10’s are just a great pair of gaming headset to put on and start gaming! As far as the microphone, it’s pretty good and performs well. When you talk, friends will be able to hear you clearly while gaming. I wouldn’t say it’s the best or anything but it definitely gets the job done. If the mic is too close to your mouth, then it may sound a bit muffled but if you just tilt it away a little, then you won’t have to worry. Overall, the Astro A10 gaming headset have great sound microphone quality for gaming and definitely impressive.
Overall, the Astro A10 gaming headset is outstanding for $60. The A10 has a very sleek design and provides a lot of flexibility where you can really stretch them out and twist them a lot and won’t break easily. They are pretty comfortable and can easily be worn to game for hours and hours. The sound and microphone quality are very impressive when it comes to gaming and can provide an edge against the opponent with the clean sound. The Astro A10 may not sound the best for music but these are mainly for gaming which in that category perform very well. The best way to summarize is that if you’re on a budget and looking for a gaming headset then the Astro A10 are a great option to consider.

I am not in anyway a serious gamer, since COVID-19, I have found myself looking to pass time by after work. With that being said, I have been using the Astro A10 while playing Warzone for about a month now. I’d like to say the headset is really solid overall, this could be specific to me only but, the cushion on the headset is comfortable, seems to be some type of memory foam, I do have larger ears so the cushion does bother after about 30-40 mins of continuous use, I could see this being much more comfortable for someone with normal or smaller ears. The material is a flexible almost indistructable plastic which flex’s really well. The mic volume and range is extremely well from what I have been told from other players. With that being said I’d say give it a try for yourself especially if you already use another brand, also the price point does not break the bank so that is always a plus!

I am female and didn’t want a large headset but the reviews were
very good on this gaming headset (that works just fine on Windows 10). That should be on the outside packaging for us baby boomers. Yes i would purchase another one of these should it die off in
a reasonable amount of time as “WE BOOMERS” take care of our
electronics. I never thought I would like a Gaming Headset but hey
it works very good…YES I would recommend this headset.

The Astro A10 headset is Astro’s first entry in the budget priced headsets. I grabbed this to replace my 2 year old Sony Gold Headset. In a lot of ways, it feels like a strong upgrade. In a direct comparison: I miss the Gold’s wireless factor, but love how the A10 does not need charging, ever. The A10 also has a mic that is not removable, but my friends online say that I sound way better. The ear cups are a little smaller than the Gold, and I will say that for the first few times I felt a little uncomfortable but now I can wear them for quite awhile without any issues.
The fact that I never have to worry about charging and that I sound better make me happy with my purchase. I recommend them.
