This TV arrived via FedEx – laid flat on the ground in our front yard. We just spent 2 hours setting it up – it doesn’t work!! The Walmart app says this item is not eligible for return!!! Really – an item that arrives broken can’t be returned???

Con’s:
-HDMI imputs do not work
-Does Not stay connected to Wifi
-Takes long to turn on/Load
-Impossible set up
Exchanging. If the next one is a Dub, then I’ll return all together. Mind you we picked it up, now have to drop it back off and do this all over again.

I think the TV has a excellent value of price and quality for specifications presented. Picture, sound – everything is at a high level. The TV is easy to install and configure. My first impression: I am happy I bought it. Extremely recomend it.
I would also like to note a good service of delivery, arranged directly from merchant. Item was delivered in excellent condition with step by step notifications. Five Stars for everything, guys. Keep it up!

Great upsizing tv for the price , picture quality excellent EXCELLENT-for the price . Easy setup , purchased Omni adjustable wall mount along with tv , that worked perfect as well. So far very happy camper here.
