Well, always positives first. All the buttons and dials work. It did not fall apart, mostly. It produced steam. That’s all I got.
Negatives: Cheaply made. Not a well-thought through design. Actually made my job of mopping harder, not easier, as it is extremely difficult to maneuver as it sluggishly drags across the floor–not sure if this is because of the quality of the microfiber pad or the inadequate steam, or both. You have to constantly (like over and over) squeeze the steam trigger while in use, which will make your hand extremely fatigued. The microfiber pad only loosely attaches to the head by a barely adequate hook-and-loop method. It’s sad. I could go on.
Basically, this product is poorly developed, poorly made, barely adequate junk. Unless you want a hand grip exercise/workout, then you’re in the right place.

 I cannot get over how helpful the little parts are on this steam mop. Its so nice to be able to clean grout and windows with the steamer. Very much recommend.

Hoover does it again! Last year I started to transition all of our products to Hoover. We love the quality, warranties and overall how the products really deliver what they say! I’ll start by saying that this is the first steam cleaner I purchase. One of my pets has environmental allergies, including dust mites, and his Dermatology specialist recommended we steam clean the floor and furniture to help him while the allergy shots kick in as he had a bad reaction to the medications. Anyway.
-Pros: This is an easy to use product. I was able to assemble and have it ready to go in five minutes; the pads are nice and thick and glide easily both on carpet (with the glider) and hard floors; the unit itself is lightweight and looks well built. We tested it on tile and sealed hardwoods. Great!
-Problem: it does not really get hot. Or maybe I have a defective unit. Either way I’m packing it up and sending it back, which sucks because I really wanted to love it otherwise.
Does it steam? Yes it does, at least I can see a little water vapor… But I also can touch the surface I just “cleaned” and the center of the pad with my bare fingers. The floor isn’t even warm and I’ve had toast that is hotter than the cleaning mop pad. Needless to say I don’t see how we’re supposed to be disinfecting with this steamer when the steam is barely luke warm at “max steam”. Because of that, dirt also really doesn’t come up. I went over the floor after with my Bona mop and the pad for the Bona was disgusting and 4X dirtier. I would assume if I’m cleaning, then the second pass would be LESS dirt, not more.
So I’m sorry Hoover but this was most definitely not a hit. I’m off to try a Bissell instead.

I love the quality of this product and love the versatility of use! The mop head is soft on floors yet cleans my hardwoods and tile beautifully! I have 3 border collies so I’m constantly cleaning and this made mopping just a breeze. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a steam mop!

Si hecha bastante vapor, lo use para una alfombra y si le quito ese olor a humedad (actualmente hay mucha lluvia). los materiales se ven de buena calidad. Espero que dure mucho tiempo. Recomendable.

En esta época de COVID-19, los zapatos no entran a casa entonces el piso tiene que estar limpios ya que se ingresa a la casa descalzo. Con este producto se puede limpiar el piso con temperatura que elimina germenes. Ya no necesita usar otros productos desinfectantes que muchas veces dejan olor y producen nauseas.

 My favorite household cleaning tool. We love Hoover products but this steamer definitely checks all the boxes. Say goodbye to dirty grout. We’ve used it on our kitchen floors, carpet and stove top. Works great and gets the job done. Very easy to assemble and not too big to store it.

I love this product so much I emailed 100 of my neighbors and titled the subject “Public Service Announcement”. I cleaned the interior windows of my house, 3 interior and 2 exterior slider glass doors, the front storm door front and back, the stove and microwave and the kitchen floor in 1.5 hours. It does an AMAZING job on windows not cleaned in years. I used a large squeegee to clean up the extra water, and Windex and paper towels to finish them. NO STREAKS, simple and quick too! I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with this product. Buy it, you won’t be disappointed!

 The box has been opened and retaped closed. You can tell the tape used wasnt even the original tape. The bags that all the pieces come in have tears in them from it being previously opened. The cleaning pads dont stick to the steam head at all like its suppose to and the its leaking even before i turned on the machine. Waste of money. Will definitely be returning.
