Allied Brass 402 8 Inch Door Pull, 8″, Antique Pewter

Been searching for a nice oil rubbed bronze pull for a door. I can find tons of drawer and kitchen door pulls. But, it was harder finding nice full door pulls. Then I came across this one. This door pull is solid and looks very nice. The size is perfect for a door in my opinion. Not giant and not tiny like a drawer pull.

The picture in the listing description is terrible. Doesn’t show the details and is too dark. I included picture of mine installed on my door for my pantry. Hopefully the pic came out nice here. When seeing in person, there is a bit more of an oil rubbed look to it. Which is nice. But, not too much that it looks cheap like some.

Installation is very fairly straight forward. Comes with 4 screws and anchors. I installed my handle on solid core door. So, no need for anchors. Just predrilled holes and then screwed it in using existing screws. Be careful screwing in as the screws are tad soft and can be scratched if the flat head screw driver slips when hand installing.

I almost gave this 4 stars because the screw placement on the top and bottom mounts are not identical and no template is given to help better line screws up. If I ever have to replace the handle, the new one most likely won’t line up the same. But. I’m hoping the durability is there and I never have to replace it.
