The only problem I found is my son uses the noise cancellation as an excuse not to listen to me, so he doesn’t have to do anything. 😄😂

1month and 8 days of use update… it keeps disconnecting too often when watching a video or listening to music and your phone’s speakers start playing what you were listening. So disappointed:( I wish I can return

I can’t enjoy to the fullest my music becajse its not loud enough to make you feel what you are lostening to. I like the quality of the sound but i wish it was louder.

Bought this for my son’s birthday and we happened to be in a mall where there was Apple store. He compared this one to the same product in the store and the sound quality was evident. The quality on the one purchased on Amazon was poor in comparison to the product in the Apple store. Would not recommend getting this product here.

First I’ll start with what I like about these. The battery life is INCREDIBLE. I wear them for a 10 hour shift and the battery life is still at 65% at the end of my shift. The noise cancellation is amazing as well. The sound quality I feel could be better for $200, but overall I’m satisfied. I’m also very impressed with the range. I have walked into other closed rooms and across my entire office and never lost any sound quality.

The only thing I’m not too happy with is the fit. These are very tight fitting on the head, which I’m assuming helps with the noise cancellation, however my ears start to get really sore after about 3 hours of continuous use, even if I loosen the fit. At first I thought I might just have to “break them in”, but after a month I still find that my ears ache and I have to take little breaks with them off. I wish the ear pieces were larger, and I have the smallest ears known to man. If you have any kind of ear piercings (even tiny ones) these will cause those to ache as well. It’s just too tight.

Overall, I like the product. I don’t love it, but there are enough features for me to rate it well and hang on to them. The fit might be different for others so I’m willing to throw that in the air.

Sound is decent, though I agree with other reviewer that the bass is pretty poor and nothing spectacular. However the worst part is the design. The “noise cancellation” works by mashing the padding onto your ears. This achieves a more minimalist look, instead of surrounding the ears like other headphones. I wore them for an hour and was constantly shifting them due to discomfort. Eventually I got a headache. I really wanted to keep them because they look cool. But on a second attempt, my ears were red and swollen after 30 min. See photo. Going right back in the box.

I was actually excited to receive these headphones after using my wife’s Solo3 Beats headphones. Her’s was super loud and had really good bass. Upon receiving them from Amazon, I fully charged the headphones and tried them on. To my surprise, it lacked A LOT of volume and had almost NO bass. I was super confused. I tried my wife’s headphones again and it was completely different. She got hers from the Apple Store.

I honestly feel like this was a knock off. Really good packaging, but the actual item is a rip off. Never buying brand electronics from Amazon. Better off going to an actual store. Definitely returning them for false advertisement. It’s shocking how different these headphones were from each other.

I was alittle worried buying these headphones after reading the comments. After receiving them I am happy I bought them. They connected to my android devices no problem. They are not 100 percent noise canceling but they are still great for home use. When they are on I cant hear my kids arguing so thats a win in my books. I feel they are loud enough, at first I wished they were a notch or two louder but after using them I feel they are perfect volume. I find them comfortable to wear and my ears aren’t super small. Also I love that I can answer calls and still hear my music playing as well as hearing the caller. I think thats my favorite feature. Overall I love these headphones and would recommend. If you love listening to your music at a deafening level, these won’t be for you. They are loud but not that level loud.

They don’t work with cold weather. Each time I go outside for joking they shut down. I would like my money back. Here in Montréal we live 6 months at -10 C degrees. Please, refund me and take them back! Worst purchase ever!

Bought these to replace an older pair I have had for a few years now. They sound great. I find they are not quiet as loud as my previous solos but the sound quality is the same. Verified they are authentic. Serial number on the right side can be registered with beats. All contents were included and box was sealed. Definitely legit!! Great purchase!!!

I’ve had them for less than a week and they’ve already stopped working. They’ll charge, but you can’t turn them on/reset them. Idk wth is wrong with them. I’ve tried everything on the support site AND YouTube, google, EVERYTHING. And NOTHING works. So…I’m returning them for my refund. Don’t bother guys. I hear JBL UnderArmour IS BETTER. Soooo I’ll try those. But I’m telling y’all DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE.

Overall the sound isnt that great for the price, there are better alternatives. That said the worst part is I use my Samsung Galaxy phone with these. My family uses Apple. My beats keep on disconnecting anytime someone with an iphone is near to register to them. I will have them connected to my pc or phone and then suddenly disconnect and try to register to someone in my houses device. Unless you own any apple product to register these to, they become completly unusable in public let alone your own home.
