Product would not work and Geek squad count get it to work either. Manufacturer would not reply when I tried to contact them on five occasions.
You should drop this product line.

Likely the worst product I have ever bought. a) The noise is unlike any robot cleaner I owned (not merited vs suction power, i.e. is just noise) b) gives error messages for no reason (as if it were blocked by phantom objects) c) gets stucked by a mouse f art (like any tiny little thing makes this vacuum give up) d) can’t find home base even if you put it right in front (decides to take off in the EXACT oposite direction where the home base is, regardless how close, then take an around the world trip bumping into anything and 20 mins later finds the home base/charger).

Overall a good robot vacuum, however, it sometimes spins in circles and does not hit every spot in a room

It works… my Mobility is limited so I use it. It has no pattern whatsoever in which the area it covers it may cover a particular Area 15 times before covering a different area so it takes a very long time to clean a small room.
It would also be good if the suction strength could be increased, there may be a way to adjust it if I read the booklet again…

It was time to upgrade to a robot vacuum and so far, I’m happy with this purchase.
Top 3 reasons why I like it:
1) There is a hand vacuum! This was an unexpected feature when I was shopping for a robot vacuum. I like having the option to pull it out to have a quick fix and the attachment is easy to use.
2) There is a long battery life. I have turned it on to go to the grocery store and it’s still running when I get back.
3) It’s taller than the gap beneath my cabinets. I know this may be really personal, but my other one sometimes got stuck because it was too low and I’d find it stuck and out of battery. This one never has the problem. It “bumps” it and moves on.
I was apprehensive to purchase this because I’m not really familiar with the brand, but it’s been a great purchase. It’s easy to use, looks good, and does a good job. I’ll update my review if anything changes.

The robot worked great for 6 weeks then it quit working. I have cleaned brushes, checked the suction, and tried to charge it with the charging station. The handheld portion works. I have tried to contact the company’s support several times and get no answer.

This is our first robot vacuum and I’d say it’s a good one. Bought it for half the price as a deal of the day. The Coral One does a good job vacuuming our carpet and hardwood floors. It has a brush in the corner for edges and it cleans up pet hair well. The handheld vacuum (which is the motor you take out of the floor vacuum) has the standard attachments and it also came with an extender. Oh and it has a simple remote, too.
The motor and air sound isn’t that loud (except on turbo mode). The sensors do stop the vacuum from slamming into things or falling downstairs. It does slowly return to the charger on its own. One unexpected thing is that it stops and tells you when it’s full and needs to be dumped. It’s gotten stuck a couple times in tight places and does go over the same area again sometimes. I guess at first it’s supposed to learn the layout of the floor and right now the path it takes seems very random. The floor vacuum is pretty high, so it won’t fit under low furniture. It did run at the advertised 1.5 hours before running low on power.
There are a couple minor flaws. It gave an error a couple times while on the charger. Also, it didn’t quite center itself when it returned to the charger one time, and had to be placed in the center by hand. The one bigger complaint is that it’s supposed to clean everyday on a schedule set by us, but we haven’t gotten it to leave the charger on its own after the scheduled time is reached. That’s really ok with us since we’d rather just use it every couple days or when necessary.
I wish it had a setting for multiple floors and that it would shut off or make a notification when it gets stuck. All in all, I think the Coral One is a good product at a good price.
