Adorable house that is great for traveling. The only complaint is that the doll and key break easily. Both were broken within the first and second day of playing with it.

While I’ll admit, this also serves as a brag post, I think it will help a lot of parents who have experienced the broken doll situation.
Yes, the dolls break REALLY EASILY. Luckily, there is an ingenious and very simple fix that my 4 year old devised this morning.
DO NOT GLUE THEM. They won’t maintain the ability to bend. Instead, my daughter suggested we sew her back together. That way “She can bend around the thread!”
And it works. I used a standard sewing needle and standard thread. I started from the inside of the “skirt” so it didn’t leave an outside knot. And 5 minutes later, Elsa’s “surgery” was complete, and we had a fully working doll again. Good as new. And if the thread breaks again, just re-sew it.

I purchased this for my three year old because our floor space is limited and I thought a pop-up dollhouse would be a nice compromise. I didn’t realize how tiny it was until she had opened it. At one point, she got so frustrated trying to get the tiny furniture in the house and the tiny figures to do anything, she started crying – not a great start for a gift. I decided to return this and get something a little more tiny finger friendly.
I’ve seen a bunch of reviews about the doll figures breaking – they did seem kind of bendy and fragile and the arms were hard to get just right. The hand sanitizer in the picture is to show you to scale the size of the dolls.

Great castle set. The furniture pieces are good quality and I like the fact you can close the castle up with all of the parts inside. The reason for the 4 stars is because the characters are a little fragile. Granted my 3 year old is pretty rough on her toys, but it didn’t take long for the princesses legs to come off. Luckily I’m pretty crafty and was able to reattach them with some tools and glue….for now.

This toy seemed really cool, everything fit nicely inside the castle! Taught my kids how to use a key!! However, within a week the dolls were broken and the key was broken. I wrote to Hasbro, who happily sent a new set! However, before I could even get the old set in the mail to them, it was all broken again.
Save your money, you will just be irritated.
And I will be writing to Hasbro again, you can bet on that!! haha

The thought of this product is great…my daughter loved playing with it! Until the dolls broke in half. We’ve bought surprise packaged dolls the same as the Elsa and Anna in this set and they all do the same as well. Not made well and easy to break. The actual castle part was great though.

Let me start by saying that I bought this for my (now) 5 yr old daughter who was wishing this particular frozen house ( she calls it the tiny Elsa castle) as her B-day present.
In the box for her ( and for my husband and I) was a dream come true, perfectly packed, neat and eye-catchy.
The build feels unstable ( when opening) and what I liked a lot are the dolls and the furniture soft, well thought for a kid around my daughter’s age.
Now when it comes to playing time, this is where the problem is, due to being so poorly made, Elsa ( my daughter magic princess) broke 6 days after…… 6 DAYS!!
so her B-day dream present went down the toilet. she asked me to glue it back but if I do ti won’t move.
I’m assuming this is the same thing everyone is going through.
Long story short, if your daughter dreams with this toy DONT BUY IT!! and save her a broken heart/dream

My niece absolutely loves this! The beds, chairs, Elsa and Anna are all very soft, kinda like rubber and she plays with it ALL the time! Thank you for making her 3rd birthday special! This was her favourite gift!
