Works well. Attached it to a small pressure tank and using it to water my lawn. Pumps from the lake no probs with lots of pressure.

Recieved this pump just over 2 years ago, used this pump for irrigation use on an average 3 times a week for roughly 3 hours each use (average time) which did work just fine. Unfortunately 27 months after installation the pump quit working. Also per the manual this pump is meant for indoor use only.

i ordered the pump and went to install it. I found that what i was sent was a returned pump. I should have expected when there was only one in stock. I found that the pump had been dropped repackaged and then sold to me. At first I was worried that i just wasted my money. They took it back and shipped me a new one the same day as i initiated the return. Which was great. I installed the new pump. the instructions were good.

Will not easily prime. Priming was not an issue after I up-sized the intake PVC to 1″…and changed out the hydro/rubber check-valve with for a PVC check valve. Now I don’t have to prime it. Just turn it on and immediately get water with plenty of pressure.

This pump is actually better suited to a high water demand situation.
I just wanted a jet pump to pump water for a garden, i ended up returning it.
The pump is of good quality however it was poorly packed.

The pump pumps good. But, it has no check valve to prevent water that has been pumped to pressure from exiting back out through the pump once it reaches pressure and shuts off. This is simply stupid design. For the few dollars more, which the consumer would gladly pay, it should have a check valve built in. If it had a check valve I would gladly give this pump 5 stars.

We had to order this item twice first one came in damaged 2nd one looked fine but after installing, it had been leaking in the middle seal. Our old water pump no longer worked so we couldn’t send the 2nd one back. We just been living with it leaking but the pump still works. When this one dies I’ll be getting my next pump form a local plumber.

I purchased this pump about 6 months ago. Installation was easy since I was replacing a similar pump. I have a 35 gallon tank on my system, so I use it for car washing, hand watering and law irrigation. I replaced a 1hp centrifuge type pump that had a bearing going bad, and I felt was too large for my application anyway.
I resoded my yard and planted two palms in May, so the pump has been used pretty heavily this summer. It seems to be well constructed. It is exposed to the weather although I have a cheap plastic cover over the motor. I have the pressure cut-out set around 55psi, and it never drops below 40psi even on my largest zones. This is my first jet pump, but seems like a good value. I don’t have a lot of experience with pumps, but I would recommend it.

This was a replacement for an existing pump. I liked the fact that it was an exact replacement, so installation was easy.

Pump works great. Easy to prime and I also installed Superior check value # 99555.
Value is plastic but works as it should, put teflon tape on threads and used hand to tighten.
My input is from a lake at about 10ft. lift. output is 20+ ft above pump level.
Good water presser at sprinklers, 2 rain bird on each line 5 total circuits.
No leaks and all working as it should.
