I love most everything about the laptop. The Alcantara suede on the keyboard feels amazing and the Windows Hello facial recognition lets me log on securely without raising a finger. The downside is that Best Buy seems to have gotten a custom spec’d version of this laptop with only 128GB. After the upgrade to Windows 11 and a few apps for work (Teams, Office, Chrome and Zoom) I’m left with 11GB.

A great quality laptop. Have been loving everything about it and the only reason I didn’t give it 5Stars is because of the lacking storage. 256GB should be standard… 128GB is not enough especially on a windows system. I should mention IT IS upgradable but it’s a very rare size which is not easily found. Spent about $90 for a 512GB replacement SSD.
Other than that love the battery life, speakers, facial scanning, screen, and microphones.

This is not my 1st laptop, but it’s the 1st AMD processor that I’ve had. It is powerful, lightweight, and meets my needs. I am an HP gal, but Microsoft has a new customer!

People think that they have to have a computer with professional specs. But the average person would never use all that power for as long as they own the device. But I get it, most people want to future proof their investment. But the way I see it, no matter how much you spend. You’re going to upgrade within 4 to 5 year’s anyway so why not think about what you’re going to be doing with it in the first place. Most apps are optimized for low powered devices anyway so you’ll never need a high end device to start with. But hey, I can’t tell you how to spend your money. But for me, I only keep a device for about two years anyway because I love new technology. But for the average person this is a great product.

If youre looking for a great deal on a well made budget laptop, this is great. Boots up fast, runs basic programs well, great for school. Its not a gaming device but good for general stuff

Great laptop for basic everyday use. It is stylish, compact and light. Looks very similar to a MacBook. The only drawback Is the 128GB. After downloading some apps and W11 I have approx 85gb available. Good news is I utilize OneDrive with my office365 so I save most my work online. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good laptop are a great price.
