赤ちゃん用、デリケート用洗剤ということで、、まさかという感じでした。
赤ちゃん用衣類の洗濯に蛍光増白剤が入っているとは・・
商品ページは日本語表記の成分表示の記載がなく、英語表記のみです。
「Fluorescent whitening agents」「fabric brightening agent」 と書かれていないことを確認して購入したのですが、
届いた商品に貼られている日本語の成分表示には「蛍光増白剤」と書かれていました。

Update: I’m pleased to note that the spillage-during-shipping issue has been resolved. Now I can recommend, without reservation, this detergent – which cleans well, with a light, pleasant fragrance.
Original review: The scent is fine and it works as an inexpensive detergent should. The problem is Amazon cannot properly ship this type of thing. Two shipments in a row arrived damaged. First, the detergent leaked all over, ruining the other items in the box. After some haggling with customer service, Amazon agreed to replace the item without my having to return the cracked leaky bottle. The second shipment had the same issue but to a lesser degree. I got about 2/3 of a bottle of detergent. Until they learn how to ship liquids, I would recommend buying your detergent elsewhere

I took a chance and ordered this despite the many reviews about leakages. Happy to report that it arrived intact without any spillage. Smells great, happy with the purchase!

I was disappointed to no longer be able to find Purex baby soap at my local grocer anymore and thought all hope was lost until I found it on Amazon! My son’s have eczema and I have sensitive skin, so on my search for good laundry soap I stumbled upon Purex. It is affordable unlike it’s baby soap competitors, it smells fantastic, and it does it’s job on my boy-dirt laundry! This stuff has taken out jelly, marker, mud, and pasta sauce with no extra steps. I will never use another soap for my boys (until they get older and demand something more manly… but then I’ll just use it for myself!).

I’m very satisfied with the product. However I’m very dissatisfied with the shipping. The cap was very loose and soap a large amount of soap leaked out. It was put into a separate bag but still managed to saturate the box and get on other items.

This smells amazing! I always thought Purex was a cheapo detergent that wouldn’t get my clothes clean, so I had never tried it. Decided to try this one because it was on a S&S coupon. I’m so glad I did! It gets my clothes as clean as name brand expensive detergents and smells better, in my opinion! I keep it on S&S now…I feel the price is about what I pay locally and I don’t have to remember to pick it up or haul it home.

Got these because they were only 3 dollars each. Seemed like a really good deal, but the bottles are fairly small – about the size of an average bottle of fabric softener. Still enjoy the smell though, and they clean clothes well. I have eczema and it hasn’t irritated my skin, so that’s good

Bought this because they’re an inexpensive brand to start with and Amazon had a coupon making it a bargain impossible to turn down.
The detergent cleans a load with normal day to day dirt (as opposed to heavy construction work dirt), just fine. I haven’t used it on my husbands filthy greasy work clothes so I can’t give an opinion on it’s super heavy duty abilities.
It does have a surprising amount of fragrance. It’s pleasant but more than I expected.

Baby detergent is actually has limited ability to clean. I mean it is just similar to one and another. So i think it is best to choose from smell. This one has a very very very good smell.

I love Purex, I refuse to use any other laundry detergent anymore. My clothes smell 10x better and the price is great. I’m a frequent order-er of Purex on Amazon and I typically don’t have problems with shipping but this time when I received the package the Purex was leaking everywhere. It seemed that both lids were not placed on tightly. Kind of a bummer because I had other items in the package.

I love this detergent and it smells good and my sons who have sensitive skin can use it with no problem. My only issue is, like many others have commented, you get a soapy mess when it’s delivered. Thankfully they ship it tied in a bag so no other items you order are covered in it, but it is literally a bag with a bottle covered in soap.
