Downgrading to two stars as many of the parts are rusting and dripping orange water on my deck when you move it.
I like the material of this. Rubbery thin bands eliminating the need for a cushion. That’s all 3 stars. Barely 3 stars though because I fought for nearly two hours trying to get the base and the seat to line up. I finally tapped out and just said some of these are just going to have to go in crooked and I’ll pray it doesn’t break. I don’t feel like going through the trouble of returning it especially after it took a while to get delivered. I’ll update to one or two stars if it falls apart on me. Luckily I don’t weigh more than 185 so I’m not too worried. The instructions/hardware list also didn’t match up with the letters in some cases.

I thought I read the info with this purchase. I ordered two of these and ultimately I am very happy with the product. BUT I needed my son to put them together as it was difficult with a lot of pieces and it took him hours and hours. Also some of the holes did not line up and he needed a power tool to get it done. I would hope that I would have been warned in large print. Oldsters Beware. We are in our seventies but pretty spry. But this one was tough.

Very poorly engineered. Almost nothing lined up. Screws constantly tried to cross thread. After I fought with it for over an hour, and only had 2 of the larger pieces together, my MECHANIC boyfriend WITH PROFESSIONAL TOOLS took another 2 hours putting it together by using a rubber mallet, a true hex wrench, and other tools to pry the frame to try and make the holes line up for the screws. It took both of us working on it together to assemble it. I would send it back but it will probably take as long to tear it apart and I’m not giving it anymore time or energy. Given my experience with this particular piece of crap, please SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY SOMETHING ELSE!!

Assembled it in about 25 min but I wasn’t in a hurry. The trick with these type of things is not to tighten bolts unless you have the other related ones in already. Once all the bolts are in, go ahead and tighten them all, it will make things so much easier to align.
Overall, good construction and surprisingly comfortable. I fell asleep in it in the sun after a couple of min. So job done.
Only con is there is some bad corrosion straight out the box. Not a good sign, we shall see how long it lasts. I could have returned it, but I really needed a nap.

After waiting more than 3 weeks for the chaise, we were happy to unpack it but not so happy to find it had many pieces that needed assembly but poor construction made it nearly impossible to do so. My husband, thankfully extremely handy and skilled, spent 2 hours re-drilling holes that were supposed to match up but didn’t and finding substitutes for missing/malfunctioning hardware. Hopefully, after all that effort, it will hold together!

Don’t bother. Their will be better sun loungers out there for the price that are far less hassle to assemble. As other reviews have mentioned the frame is poorly designed meaning that the holes to bolt the pieces together do not line up. I had to leave one out altogether and cross thread another just to keep it from falling apart.
The actual bed itself isn’t bad. I like the elastic used to support you when you’re lying down. However it seems pretty narrow compared to other beds I’ve used.
I’ve given 3 stars as its still together and comfortable. Just don’t expect anything flash or easy to put together.

This chaise lounge is so badly put together many bolts cannot be bolted because the holes do not line up. I don’t want to return at this point because I spent half the day putting the damn thing together, but I’m so mad I spent my money on this. Do yourself a favor and spend the 30 dollars more to buy literally any other competitor’s product.

Do not buy the lounger as it cannot be assembled. Another review has reported the exact same problem. As the pictures show, it is impossible to get the two holes on the top and base to align due to bend at the end of the top. You do not discover this until you are almost done with assembly, and it was not an easy assembly prior to this. Pieces barely fit together, the bolts and provided allen wrench easily strip, and the provided wrench was not usable. If you are willing to take the risk that you won’t get a defective lounger that is impossible to assemble, be sure to have your own wrench set (including allen wrenches).
