Without the light on, it looks silver, but with the light on, it looks like it does in the pictures (black and multi-coloured).
The base is very fragile and it a little tipsy– but it that’s the only bad thing I can say about it, then it a good product… as I have broken one already when it tipped over and shattered everywhere… not good for a house with kids or pets… or clumsy people (buy 2)

Ionly had this for less than a month, and turned it on one night and heard a loud bang, and the bulb had actually exploded. I only used the one provided. Can not send a picture through messages, so I have to post here.

So very pleased with this purchase. Melter is unlike any other, it really does look 3D. The glass dish is shallow, but it warms up very nicely so one melt block is enough to scent a room if you use good melts. I recommend http://www.rockcreekcandles.com. All natural soy wax and smell amazing!

I gifted this to my sister who lives in Calgary it arrived faster than any delivery ive got in Ontario so that was awesome! She absolutely loves the colours and the wax i got to go with it. I couldn’t be there on her birthday but it means everything that i could send her a gift and she received it so fast! This site never lets me down I order from here more than i ever go to a grocery store its awesome and im so happy that my sister is happy 😁😁

OK while I really like this thing oh my god they need to make it heavier! I already know this and damn careful as can be with this and it has spilled at least eight times it tips over so easy it’s ridiculous it’s ruined a carpet it’s ruined a PS4 controller it’s bills all the time and all you have to do is barely be trying to move it. This thing seriously needs to be heavier it is not heavy enough to do what it’s purpose is. If you try to move it it’s super hot so if you try to grab the edge and move at all any slight movement and the glass tray on the top flips off and spilled wax everywhere. It’s just a bad design and that it is so light it tips over with you just breathing on it. Really disappointed in that and I’m sick and tired of cleaning up wax!
This is pretty cool! In fact I Purchased two more and sent them to my family. It’s just like I candy or something it just makes you want to look at it. I think the product is great the only thing I would suggest is they need a heavier base on the bottom To secure it in place more. It is lovely but it’s really light and all they have to do is put something solid on the bottom to give it some weight because other than that this thing is awesome!

The information provided by the seller from a buyer question states “he specification of the bulb is E12 base , 120 V, 25 W. By EQUSUPRO” After ordering replacements bulbs with these specifications, the bulbs will not fit. The base is too small. Also, the bulb that came with my melt warmer was a 40 watt rather than the stated 25 watts and the base is larger that the E12 base. I have now been to several stores with no luck finding a bulb that will fit into the socket of this lamp. It is now a useless piece of glass. Evidently, the one sent to me had different internal workings than what it should have had.

Package as photos. Not as nice as what I expected , but it’s pretty as a wax warmer and a nice decoration on the desk. It’s using the heat from the light bull to melt the wax. The glass dish is sitting on the top of the firework glass, which I don’t feel very secured. But I don’t have little kids at home so should be fine.

Wish I could give 0 star. I was mislead by the positive reviews. This product is overhyped and overpriced beyond my understanding. This a 10 bucks candle warmer. It is cheaply made, no shooting lights nor stars…nothing! In addition to that, the light escaping from the clear top illuminates the entire room, robbing it of the warm sensation that is desired.
Waste your money on something else.

**updating my review. As pretty as this warmer is it isn’t the best quality. Ive been using it a month and it constantly flicks on and off. I have to jiggle the cord. It has already blew the lightbulb that came with it. If left on for a period of time the melted wax seems to smoke.. I have never had a warmer smoke before. Can’t take away how pretty and vibrant it is though.

Quick, efficient melting of fragrant wax and looks great as well. When on, looks exactly as described. Easy to replace heating light if needed. Have only used for a couple of days, but believe everyone would be pleased with this product

This thing is fantastically awesome! It’s mesmerizing to look at . The color changes at different angle that you look at it . it comes with one large bulb a candelabra bulb I think which is also nice because they are widely available and relatively cheap to replace. I can’t express enough how fun it is 2 watch this thing in operation. The 3d effect is not a lie it’s quite fantastic. The only thing I would have enjoyed more as if it had a dimmer option. Otherwise I’m completely and more than satisfied
