  • INTUITIVE ERGONOMIC DESIGN – The Selfie Massager’s beautifully sculptured line and curves is the perfect marriage of form and function. Unlike other massage therapy tools which tend to be either basic and toy-like or over-sized with too many knobs and handles, the Selfie Massager was designed to be the ultimate massage tool since each therapy node and spike can be used on every part of the body from the neck to the feet. Only your imagination is standing in the way of this tool’s versatility.
  • ALLEVIATE MUSCLE KNOTS OR TRIGGER POINTS – The Selfie Massager is the ideal muscle massage tool for bringing relief to a patch of muscles in spasm (knots) or trigger points. By applying pressure to the affected muscle patch, blood circulation is stimulated bringing in more oxygen and nutrients for faster muscle relief and recovery. There are a myriad of trigger points throughout the body located in the neck, shoulders, back, torso, thigh/hips, legs and feet.
  • IDEAL SIZE , DIMENSION AND WEIGHT -The Selfie Massager weighs less than a pound. When used on a consistent basis, anything over a pound can easily fatigue the arms and hands diminishing the accuracy and pressure applied to the affected muscle group impeding recovery and healing. Also, the awkward handle shape and positioning on many popular massagers can make it difficult to operate for those with limited range in mobility. Our design addresses those issues.
  • BPA, PBDE, TBBPA FREE & ECO FRIENDLY – The Selfie Massager is made with eco-friendly components that are BPA, PBDE, TBBPA free so it is safe to use in the water or shower. The environmentally sound plastic is also hypoallergenic so there is little risk of an allergic reaction during prolonged contact with the skin. We take great care in bringing to you the finest trigger point massager that not only promotes your well-being but that of the environment as well.

The only reason this isn’t a five star is because I’d choose a massage by a person more than I would a tool to do the massage myself!
If I have to give myself a massage this is definitely the tool to do that!! And for a small price, now I can have mini massages anytime I want 🙂
I had the worst pain between my neck and shoulder on one side and after using this it felt SO much better! I could really target right where there was a knot and get to work on it.
This is super easy to use and you can easily apply good pressure with minimal effort (I probably wouldn’t choose this if you like light pressure massages). I was able to use it in a variety of ways without reading the instructions/insert that comes with it and after reading through it I realized there’s so many other ways to use this like for my feet and that side leg/butt muscle area – never would have guessed it was as versatile as it is!
Ps: don’t judge the pictures, just wanted to show the ways I use it most often 🙂

I am an Osteopathic Physician. I have chosen to let go of doing Primary Care/Family Medicine after 21 years. My practice is now virtually entirely dealing with musculoskeletal issues. Many physicians in the area refer their patients to me for the benefits they have seen from my treatments. About 1/2 of the patients present with neck, shoulder, and rib issues.

Besides my direct treatments using my hands to help effect changes, I direct them to things they can do for themselves. I give them handouts and instruct them in stretches to perform. I also demonstrate and recommend use of the LiBa “Cane” for self treatment of trigger points in the affected areas.

Obviously, it can be useful for trigger points throughout the body, but I find it most useful for problems with neck and shoulder and along the medial border of the shoulder blade. For myself and others who have a larger frame, I recommend a similar product that is 29″ long. I have both tools in the room to demonstrate and try out so the patient can choose which is a better fit. It is important to me that the patient feels that the tool is something that can contribute to recovery to a healthier state, and maintenance.

I like the new style that can be broken down. I advocate its use as a “traveling companion”, as it can easily fit in carry-on luggage and traveling is frequently fraught with episodes of muscle strain.

My massage therapist recommended this to me. He gave me a few simple instructions, but my favorite part is that this came with step by step pictured instructions. Very easy for me to understand, operate and refer back to. I don’t have to remember each technique because I can always refer back to the instructions.

i have had a muscle spasm in my back stemming from repeated motions. being on the right side its my dominant hand and has been difficult to rest. i am hoping to avoid the nightmare of our healthcare system and physical therapy. so i started exploring options. was reminded of these from therapy many years ago and looked to get one.
it comes in a couple of pieces and i was a bit worried about stability. i am large and knew i would put a fair amount of force on it.
so far so good! it definitely helps me find and direct pressure on knots and pressure points. it also works best in conjunction with therapy like hot or cold packs, and exercise to keep the muscle moving. alternatively sone use before bedtime helps.
good product, easy to use, and looks to hold up overtime

My theracane went missing and purchased this to replace. It feels just as sturdy and as easy to use to me. It comes in 2 pieces that you have to snap together, so that may be a weak point if you’re one of those people who apply a TON of pressure while using, but this was not a problem for me. Happy with this purchase!

I’m actually impressed with how sturdy this is considering that it comes in two pieces. I actually had ordered another one which was flimsy at the connection and ended up returning it because it felt like it would break while using it. I need a considerable amount of pressure to work on my tense shoulders and need it to hold up. Also, I wasn’t expecting the guides and owner’s manual to be as useful as they are. They are an excellent resource on all of the numerous ways you can use the massage tool and provide some great information in locating pressure points to relieve tension.

I have chronic neck and shoulder pain. I go to massage therapy regularly but I can’t seem to stop scrunching up my shoulders at my desk job when I’m working on the computer. This thing is incredible. You can put it on a knot and put as much pressure on it as you can possibly stand. I’m in love.

10/10 Was as expected. Arrived fast. There is a line where you can see that it is molded plastic. Not that it really affects the performance of the product. Has a velvet type finish. Is very firm. Was very useful for my thoracic pain and knots in my shoulder blades and neck (back pain from hunching over a pc to type all day) Tbh, this thing is a lifesaver. If I could change anything about it I would coat the raised knobs with silicone to make it a bit softer for rubbing against the skin but that would probably just make it less durable…
