I was expecting a normal depth cast iron pan. Beware , it’s very shallow. I’m afraid to use it on high heat. If the grease splatters out , I’m concerned of grease fire.

I wanted a cast iron skillet, & purchased the size I wanted. What I didn’t realize is that it’s SO shallow, there’s very little I can use it for…maybe a frittata; certainly not a family meal size

I like it a lot. The only issue I have is that the handle is a bit much. It’s not comfortable to handle and it gets a lot hotter than my other pan that is larger.
